today i got an order i got medium fries,10 piece chicken nuggets and a caramel frappe we asked for a medium frappe and they gave us a small. and the food took 30 mins and this was in drive thru honestly who hired these people and we got another 2 happy meals with a small coke and they forgot our straws for the frappe and the cokes like what and they did not fill the frappe.

A typical McDonald’s with good, quick service. The place is smaller than most locations. No more self-serve drink refills, and the cup holders are very flimsy—my drinks almost spilled twice. Otherwise, everything was fine.

They are finally open. It’s a McDonald’s. Their food is consistent with any other McDonalds. If you’ve eaten at a McDonalds you know what to expect. Got my order quickly. While not the most delicious food; it gets the job done.

I have been visiting this location several times a week since they opened. Let me tell you that not one time has my order been wrong, not one time have I not received a straw for my beverages, the staff are always pleasant and have a smile on their face. Every other location in the area sucks!! Not this one! Keep up the great work!

My first experience was a good one! We all know the over all quality of a McDonald’s burger and fries, so I’m giving it 5 stars because it was tasty! As for service, I had an issue getting my rewards to work on the self ordering screen, and I had asked the young man at the register for assistance, he was unsure of what to do, so he went and got the manager. The manager was able to get things working for me, and I was very thankful for that as it had been an issue at other locations. The wait was no longer than any other establishment… when my food was delightfully handed to me, I realized they had given me the wrong flavor of shake… the cashier was polite and apologetic, and fixed the issue right away. As far as the atmosphere, it was upbeat. Yes, there are new workers in training… so my recommendation is patience and understanding. I’m grateful to have this restaurant so close to my house. Thank you, Hunters Woods McD’s!

McDonald’s used to be the pinnacle of “Fast Food” however this McDonald’s is consistently the SLOWEST I’ve ever seen. When I place an order at 8:15 for a sausage biscuit and 2 hash browns and I’m still waiting for it at 8:45 it’s insane. There is no one ever working the front counter.

The staff was friendly and well trained. This is a new location in 2025. They encourage ordering at the kiosk or app, but they will help you. We used coupons, and they made sure we paid at the counter so we could use them. The fries and shakes were delicious and quick.

Staff very friendly. The temperature inside is extremely uncomfortable. Every customer complained from the temperature!!! Most of the time cooler than the outside during this time of the year. I have seen it either very cold or feels like a sona. I can’t believe that a new place with uncontrollable temperature, something never experienced in any store I have been!!!!
