The service was great. The people that worked there were great, they were very overwhelmed with the amount of customers that were waiting. The customers were kinda rude and have no patience, but all of the employees acted very professional and respectful to them. Customers need to be more kind to the people that work in the food industry.

Busy location! Everyone stopping off the highway to and from vacation probably. This location is connected to the Sunoco, so we fueled up and filled up! Food was hot and fresh! Brenda brought our food tableside and even gave us a fry when I fogot to add it to my order! Shout out to Brenda! This is why we choose McDonalds on our trips, quality food, quality service and a quick pit stop!

Sat outside for 30 minutes while they gave my food to someone else. They kept bringing me the wrong food. Absolutely the worst experience and this is not the first time this McDonald’s has done this. Food was also horrible. Will never go back and will drive to Warrenton next time.

For McDonalds, it was good. The ordering system and payment if you want to order inside and not stand in line is not as clear and easy as it could be. As for the food, who doesn’t love McDonald’s!

I went in with my two year old to use the restroom and get some food. Had to wait a long time for a stall there were two employees in the restroom who I’m guessing, were just on phones. The toothy supervisor was at the counter talking loud and gossipy with a man with dreadlocks laughing and hopping around, yelling back to someone in the kitchen. No name tags, dirty uniforms. This continues the entire time I’m waiting on food. The cashier was blonde, kept wiping her nose with her hand and putting her hands under her shirt to adjust her bra straps. I was order #277 and I will never be back. Disgusting.

Used to be a nice stop on the way home from work. Most recent visit 8/4, lady handing the food out all but threw it at me and when I asked for some salt to put on my unsalted soggy fries (which I’d already ordered as Extra salty), she fetched and tossed me three little packs of pepper. The lack of concern is astounding.

We called in this MacDonalds for breakfast on Tuesday morning. The staff were lovely and friendly. Great customer service. Also Mark on the drive thru.
