This was our 3rd stop of the day doing errands, so was going to take a “break” from taking photos, etc. and not write a review.
Well, this was such a nice McDonald’s I changed my mind. The inside was newer and updated and the seating was spacious. The restrooms were great (this isn’t always the case, but at this location, the women’s bathroom was exceptional).
Of course, the food was awesome. I tried not to order much since I watching my calories after the holidays. It was the morning and got a single Hashbrowns. They were crispy like I like them. Yum. My daughter got the chicken biscuit and she really liked it.
The staff was great. Thanks, McDonald’s for an all around wonderful experience.

I recently visited the newly renovated McDonald’s in Leesburg and wanted to share my thoughts. While the service and food were just fine, I have to say I’m not a fan of the new interior design.
The restaurant has plenty of space overall, but the way they’ve laid things out really limits the seating capacity. It feels like there are fewer places to sit inside, which might be intentional, but it does make it a bit less comfortable if you’re hoping to dine in.
Another thing is that they now rely heavily on ordering kiosks and the mobile app. There’s rarely someone at the counter for traditional ordering, which might be convenient for some, but it’s definitely a change from the old way of doing things. If you prefer ordering face-to-face, you might find it a bit impersonal now.
On the plus side, the drive-thru moves quickly, so no complaints there. Overall, it’s a decent spot, but I do wish the interior design was a bit more seating-friendly.

Just terrible. I visited twice, once last week and again this morning. Both times I ordered the big breakfast w/o hotcakes and no drink… simple right? On both occasions it was 5:10 am and both times nobody was in line. It took 15 mins last week and 15 mins this week……. 15 mins AND they forgot the hash browns. This is why McDonald’s is losing traffic. I will not be going back a third time.

As usual, they’re bugging me to give a review about this place.Even though I just used it on the map as a reference point so mcdonald’s are generally good.They’re a bit expensive nowadays.But if they’re kept clean and stuff, they’re not a bad place to eat a big max, the best their french fries are the bomb, talk to you later.

I’ve gone here a few times in a pinch. Fast food has become far too expensive in my opinion even with the app and coupons. I can’t stand using the kiosk so I always wait for someone who generally doesn’t know what the heck to do with the app in the coupons lol other than that what can I say it’s McDonald’s Yes you can sit there although quite frankly I’d rather eat in my car.

I’ve given this McDonald’s multiple chances, but the service is consistently disappointing. Almost every time I place a mobile order for drive-through pickup, I end up waiting at least 5 minutes, and on one occasion it was over 15 minutes, even though the food was ordered ahead.
Most recently, I placed a mobile order for drive-through, but since the line was packed I went inside to ask for the order at the counter. The staff refused to give it to me and made me wait in the long drive-through line anyway. After another 15+ minutes, I finally got my food.
The whole point of mobile ordering is convenience and saving time, but at this location it’s the opposite. The wait times and lack of flexibility are very frustrating.

I haven’t had a quarter pounder in over a decade and decided to order one this time. I ordered the quarter pounder with cheese and bacon. To my shocking surprise, the burger looked so close to the picture in the advertisement. The bacon is crunchy – cooked to perfection! The quarter pounder with cheese and bacon was so good! Even one of my 2 finicky pups ate it. The fries were perfect, too, lightly crunchy on the outside and soft in the inside. Just the way I like them. This is my first time eating at this location, and I am going to stop here whenever I drive by it in the future. The employees were polite, too. I wish the big Macs are made with similar meat.

I really like to give 5 stars.. i wanted to give 5 stars. The staff is friendly, the building is new, seating area was clean, nice music was playing. But the food looks nothing like u see on tv. Haphazardly thrown together. It tasted ok.. so i would have given 4 stars, however… THE BEEPING.. Holy cow the BEEEEPING.. I realize they have alarms when food is ready or whatever, and i am fine with that. But here they are just ignored i guess. Multiple alarms, beeping in chaos, no one turning them off. It was maddening…
