I’ve been going here for 3 years and im questioning to myself why. three out of four times my order will be wrong, bacon will be missing from a bacon quarter pounder. My issue is usually resolved after I hand my order back to staff so they can add bacon but it makes my visits unenjoyable as I know ill have to wait 15-20 minutes to get my order in most cases when i order ahead through the app. I think this is a training issue and I can understand that its difficult to keep a trained workforce when the turnover rate is so high. Foods only enjoyable when it comes out hot off the grill, not when its being given to you luke-warm.

I usually go to this McDonald’s and the food is always hot and they get my order correct. I use the app so I order ahead. The people at the drive through are nice, they’re quick to give you your food. I will say sometimes they forget my sauces so at the window I always make sure to ask for the sauces. I haven’t had a bad experience in the drive thru, everyone is always very nice and says have a good day. The food is the classic McDonald’s tasting food, just what you would expect.

I never thought in a million years I’d be rating a McDonald’s, but here we are—and credit where credit is due.
Compared to some of the other McDonald’s locations I’ve been to, this one is genuinely impressive when it comes to both food and service. Whether it’s breakfast, lunch, or dinner, every time I go through the drive-through, the line moves. Even when it’s long, it never feels stuck—you’re ordering before you know it.
The real surprise is the food. It’s always hot. And I mean actually hot, not “sat-under-a-heat-lamp-for-a-while” hot. Other McDonald’s locations have handed me fries that taste a day old and nuggets that are hard as rocks. That doesn’t happen here.
Even the sweet tea deserves praise. It’s sweet. Like Southern sweet. The kind that lets you know sugar was absolutely involved.
So yes, I’m applauding a McDonald’s for once—hot food, fast service, and consistency. Keep doing whatever you’re doing, because it works.

If you work at a fast-food restaurant and take customer orders, you should have a basic knowledge of the English language. I had to repeat my order three times, and it was still taken incorrectly.
Additionally, it should not be difficult to prepare a Happy Meal and include everything that is supposed to come with it. One happy meal did not have an apple.
Overall, terrible McDonald’s!

I went through the drive – thru i received terrible service the woman who was taking my order was being disrespectful and very rude she was not being a professional or at least with good intentions. I’m not sure she was having a bad day or something but she shouldn’t treat her customers that way !! Even when I was trying to finish my order. She kept on cutting me off. I was upset about it i was definitely not a satisfied customer. I hope to see a difference next time if I show up again to the McDonald’s on Centerville road next to the Chucky cheese. Terrible service !!!!

I have been here 3 times they always proceed to mess something up, either it’s missing a couple items or telling me to my face I’m at the wrong store even when I read them the address to them with my receipt. This store really explains McDonald’s pay rate being bad.

After ordering a whole meal and a pie. I noticed the tag of the pie said enjoy before 19:00, at the time I was eating it at 21:00.
The interest part is that one employee says that it was still good ….. I don’t see the point of the tag then. And I wanted to have a new one, she made me paid for it again…. Jajaja just epic

Those water down beverages were made and ready to be given to customers when they were prepped time ago. Did a curbside and got my meal crazy looking. My Big Mac was made messy and my fries weren’t even filled. My coke was warm and the ice was almost fully melted.

Food and service are what I would expect from a fast food restaurant. However the dining room was a disaster. The tables were dirty, some had food on the seats. We cleaned our own table to sit down. They had a steard stream of customers, so they may have been overwhelmed with orders. When it slowed down, it was still not a priority.
