We stopped by this McDonald’s after we voted.

The food was great. I love their sausage biscuits and Hashbrowns. They never disappoint.

The restaurant was very warm. We went on an October day and the weather was mild.

They do have a drive thru and also customer pickup in front of the restaurant.

There is a wheel chair ramp in the front.

McDonald’s – Puerto Rico Review

We stopped by this McDonald’s on Thanksgiving Day when almost everything else was closed, and we were honestly so relieved to find it open. We ordered the grilled chicken sandwich, quarter pounder, chicken nuggets, and an apple pie — everything was super satisfying and hit the spot. The food was fresh, the service was quick, and the prices were surprisingly great. Exactly what we needed that day. Grateful they were open and serving!

The server at the drive through window handed me my coffee with her hand around the waist of the cup. So I used all 5 finger to take it from her by holding the lid/rim. Well the lid was not on so the cup fell and covered the inside and outside of my truck in coffee. The worst part is she tried to make it my fault by saying I should never grab the cup by the lid. Well the way she was holding it there was no other way. Then she handed me my food and pushed me along. Now I got to spend an hour or more cleaning my truck. She should have apologized and asked how she can make it right. Sigh

Rosario and RENA just a joke not sure why they’re so hostile on a beautiful Sunday evening.Rene lying to me, saying Rosario‘s name is Amanda come on now let’s not play games. All I want was to pay for some buffalo sauce and I wanted to pay but you wanted me to go all the way back around the drive-through line just to give you $.10 for a buffalo sauce. I don’t mind pinging but Wood I do mine is having to drive all the way around the long line just for you to swipe my credit card because the excuses we don’t have a register here at the drive-through window. I understand you don’t have a register Wok 10 feet with my credit card swipe it for $.10 and let’s keep it moving the accommodate the client don’t make him wait 15 minutes back in the line to give you $.10 for sauce. I don’t mind paying for sauce, but let’s make ita proactive solution to a problem

I’ve been a longtime neighborhood customer, but the service has declined badly. Orders are consistently wrong—missing fries, drinks, or even items like the extra filet on a double fish fillet. When I return to fix the mistakes, there are no apologies, just the missing items handed over, leaving the rest of my food cold. This location needs to improve accuracy and customer care.

The guy with glasses who works night shift is rude, and the food quality has fallen. He is the only worker that acts like sauces come out of his paycheck. He limits customers who order big meals to ONE sauce.

Good improvement. Nice restaurant. When you always put your employees first, everybody wins: take good care of employees with better pay and support. Many convenience foods, salty snacks, and processed meats are high in sodium. Salt, known chemically as sodium chloride. Time to reduce the sodium, sweet and salt for flavor, gradually.

Waste, I’m sitting here watching them put in paper bags and plastic bags everybody who is dining in, not environmentally friendly, see pictures.

I bet they don’t even recycle all these plastic cups and containers.

The table tent says they’ll bring the food to you but that’s not true they don’t you have to go get it yourself.

So McDonald’s is now zero service you got to order your own food at the kiosk you going to pick up your own food at the counter and then paying outrageous cost

One kiosk is broken and out of service the one I used didn’t print the receipt.

They haven’t been giving away the monopoly pieces for weeks now on the drinks. They acted like they couldn’t understand what I was asking about and then said they don’t have anymore. Also why are the drinks more expensive here? The one 7 minutes down the street actually price the drinks the same. They don’t charge more for sweet tea lemonade.

WORST MCDONALDS EVER!!! They said they could only take 2 online orders for one car and were extremely rude to us at the window. No where does it say in their instructions that we can’t have multiple mobile orders for one car. They closed the lobby and only allowed drive thru. We tried to explain to them at the window that we had 4 mobile pick up orders that were already paid for and they completely ignored us. They made us drive back around and told us “bye.” The tone was so aggressive. Plus, they forgot a piece of the first orders.
