I have gone here many times. This last time. We had a group in a car so we went through the drive through three times in a row to get all of us food. The first two times, they took our orders and we paid. The third time, at 12:27, they suddenly announced that they were closed, despite taking our last order 2 minutes before and their drive through being advertised as a 24 hour drive through. It was bizarre, and our friends had to cancel their online order that had already placed. Bizarre and unexplained experience.

The cashier gave me an attitude when I was trying to ask for the sauces she forgot to put in the bag. She then told me she could only give me two for two meals. The sauce, okay, whatever, but there’s no need to be rude.

I have never tried their tenders before, and finally decided to. I was severely disappointed! They were very small, and the meat was extremely tough and chewy!! I couldn’t eat any of them at all !! $7 WASTED!! Just to let you know, my dog wouldn’t even eat them!!! It’s unfortunate that even though no one expects gourmet food from McDonald’s, you’d at least hope for something decent—especially around a busy holiday when people are stressed, on the go, and looking for a quick meal. This location clearly cares more about rushing customers out the door than serving acceptable food.
I just ordered a Quarter Pounder that was so dry and stale it looked and tasted like it had been sitting out for days. It’s honestly sad that this is the quality we’re expected to spend our money on. Gross and extremely disappointing.

This McDonalds is the most well run one I’ve over been in. Kudos to the manger for her efficient way of running the place smoothly. The blueberry pie is amazing.

Chicfila is by orders of magnitude more busy than this McDonalds, yet their restaurant is always clean – even during the afternoon rush. Every time that I have walked into this McDonalds (3 times in the last 6 months), it is beyond filthy – even during slow periods. There are flies on the food, the floors are sticky, the drink machines are disgusting, it goes on. I get it – it is McDonalds, but you’ve gotta have some standard to uphold. Avoid this place til they can figure out how to maintain cleanliness.

They won’t take your order in person here. They make you use an electronic ordering system that is very laggy and clunky. Or possibly they discriminate against people based on their race. My wife is Latina coming they wouldn’t help her make her order. While we ate our dinner, they were on their cell phones. It’s not like they were too busy to help.

They forced us to go around the drive thru multiple times to split our orders and closed between them. Then they yelled at us for asking why they were closed. We already paid for it, and they just refused to open. Their signs said the drive thru was open 24hrs today, so they had no reason to close.

This was the cleanest McDonald’s I have ever been to. The staff was the best I have ever seen, we had our drinks refilled and our food delivered to our table. Our food was delicious also.

They were supposed to have a 24 hour window. I went up to the window and paid at like 12:30, then after I paid a guy came to the window and said “closed.” We asked about the 24 hour sign and were told to leave. We paid but never got our food.
