Same food at most other places. However, for a Wednesday night, the service was not ideal. We ordered at the kiosk, didn’t get a receipt, and no cups. We sat, waiting on the food. No one let us know it was ready and on the counter, another customer let us know. I grabbed it, and asked for our cups. The person asked for my receipt, and I told him we didn’t get one, we were order 20. After some back and forth with a manager, he gave me our drink cups. The same kind person who let me know about our order had to ask multiple times for theirs, which sat behind the counter for a while. Maybe because it was later on a week night, but not the best service.

Horrible service! One of the managers that has been there for a while I don’t know if she thinks she’s entitled for being at this location for a long time, but she is very rude and nasty when you ask her for extra sauce she has a problem if the order is wrong, she has a problem. Had to wait 20 minutes in the drive through after ordering and paying for food. 5 people waiting for food in the waiting area. Was told to park next to them in the handicap parking area. Staff was rude Fast food? Yeah right. Never again.

Is this what they do to every single person and McDonalds doesn’t care or is this got to do with what we look like?? What is it because either one is unacceptable! There are 6 Spanish females working here and all of them are chatting it up instead of working. They pretend like they don’t understand words like mobile order or food. They have no regard for this job what so ever. We waited 10mins and they wouldn’t respond to us about the mobile order while waiting in the spot nor at the window. When my husband had to go in to get the food they laughed and acted like they don’t even work there. Food was stone cold and disgusting. The behavior of these woman is garbage and now so is this Mc Donald’s. How entitled can you be that you believe you should be paid but not do any work. Where is the management. Oh right she is pretending not to understand the word food.

It’s conveniently located so that’s a plus. The service has definitely gone downhill at this location over the past four/five years but at least it’s cleaner inside than I can ever recall. The tiger it takes to actually get your food is borderline crazy. Today, for example, it was six minutes from the time I placed an order for hotcakes and sausage until it was put in my hand.
