For those wondering why 5 stars to a food spot that is all over the place? We get consistent service and food out of it, so all left to do is grade how clean and friendly the place is… they delivered as well as they have specialty coffee options and the self ordering screens, making it convenient and fast for both ordering and getting your stuff… out of a super busy shopping area kudos for being well staffed according to its traffic, I had almost no wait for ordering or getting my stuff. Their ice-cream machine was NOT broken by the way hahaha.

A very nice McDonald’s! I ended up getting the quarter pounder with no mustard and add big Mac sauce and that was a game changer. Nuggets actually came out crispy. This is one of the locations that has a more modern presence on the inside.

McDonald’s has great quality control so the food is hot, tasty, and customer service is swift. I’m never disappointed here. During covid, I was happy to use the drive thru & eat in my car! A favorite meal here is chicken sandwiches, biscuits, fries and root beer or coffee which is excellent! ☺️ It’s my go to fast food destination in Manassas Virginia!

Yesterday, I ordered a Cactus Plant happy meal. When I got home, the collectible wasn’t in the box. No one told me that they didn’t have it when I arrived and it said it was available on the mobile app. I called twice, one of them told me come back later that day. But before going to the restaurant, I called again and the other person told me call back tomorrow around noon to see if they have the collectibles in. So I called around 12:15pm today, someone told me that they still didn’t receive them yet and basically didn’t even bother to help nor take my information. That right there was bad customer service. I’m not that type of person to give bad feedback or review but I paid for a limited edition happy meal that wasn’t available and didn’t get the collectible. I will continue to call the restaurant until I get the collectible.

The drive thru was closed for no reason. The food was old and recooked over and over. We couldn’t even eat the food. I would never visit this McDonald’s ever again. The way they served us old food and told us that it was freshly cooked. After a period of time that food needs to be put in the trash. Taking customer’s hard earned money and serving old food is wrong 100%.
