Fresh French fries and nice large Diet Coke is what I wanted, and received. Kiddos got a Happy Meal, and plenty of seating within the restaurant area. Staff greeted me with asking for our rewards code, and was friendly and courteous.

It’s Micky D’s but I still expect customer service. I was told they don’t accept app orders even though it successfully processed. The cashier wasn’t quite rude but exceptionally dry. It took forever to get an order of nuggets that weren’t even hot

Took awhile to get my order. The cashiers hardly ever understand English. Fries were cold and over salted. The oil tasted like it needed to be changed. Don’t think I’ve ever had a good experience here. Only eat here for my kids, and it’s becoming a waste of money! Eat elsewhere. Go to the McDonald’s across the street!

The day manager Maria is so rude & disrespectful. This is the fourth time I have encountered this lady & each time it just gets worse with her terrible attitude & lack of care for customers what so ever & it ruined my lunch experience with my children who are visiting from college. Very disappointed in the Manassas Mall McDonalds… I will be going to Sudley from now on at least they have decent customer service.

Bad customer service. Over 6 employees working and all of them are scrambling around, doing nothing. They almost never have anything prepared, so they’ll have you waiting 10-15 minutes for your order even if you’re the only person there. The manager doesn’t seem to care and when people ask about their missing orders, she waves them off and says “okay just wait.” rudely. The girls there don’t really seem to care about getting anything out on time.

I would just like to say this is my 2nd time coming to this mcdonald’s and I am in shock on how they treat their customers. Especially the managers, specifically Sonia. The first time I came I had ordered a strawberry and banana smoothie and a small fry, when I got to the window they handed me a strawberry and banana shake, Miss Sonia came up to me and asked me for the receipt and she said I was charged for a shake not a smoothie and i said i specifically said i wanted a smoothie not a shake and i was willing to pay the difference and she refused and got mad at me and asked me if i spoke spanish as if i didn’t understand what she was saying to me. i have many years of experience in fast food and customer service and one thing i’ve learned is to always treat customers with respect and that the customer is always right. Second time i come to mcdonald’s she yells at my mom about not asking for sauce at the speaker and when she handed my mom the sauce she said “take it” and sarcastically told us to have a great day. Sonia if your reading this, go train at chick fil a to learn more what real customer service looks like. This is constructive criticism, learn to treat people the way you would like to be treated, I pray God gives you inner peace Sonia, God bless you. & always remember You get paid based off your customers.

There is a certain cashier that thinks she owns the place. Whenever anyone asks for a little extra ranch, napkins, ketchup sugar etc. She gets mad and will say that’s enough. In a very rude way. The way they made my burger was disgusting. I’m very disappointed
