So I never have any issues but today drive-through experience was horrible. I had forgot to add a couple things in my order And asked him if I could add two more things an extra fry an extra coke. A girl passing my bag and then passing the drinks, I asked for a cupholder cause I was thinking I was gonna get three drinks and got two on top of that. The soda falls on my falls on me while she was given to me and didn’t even bother to ask me if I could get a refill for it when I was trying to give it back to her, and she just stared at me. Once I got settled down, I had told her there must be a mistake in my order that’s when I realized that I forgot to order the extra fry extra Coke so I proceeded to ask if I could add that I was gonna pay for it and then she walks away and closes the window And then comes back to tell me I have to go back around the line. Other times when older messes up, don’t tell me to pull up forward and they’ll fix it for me real quick but today it was just different and their attitude and the way they proceeded to handle things just unprofessional. usually there’s a manager standing by the drive-through, but I didn’t see one this time on top of that. I got my fries halfway full just bad service overall and I’ve gone to this McDonald multiple times I’ve never had this issue before.

Horrible experience. Woman at register was incredibly rude, harassing us as well as every other customer in the store, yelling at them, berating them for the various crimes of standing too far away from the register, or daring to ask why their orders were incomplete, missing items like their sandwich. Absolutely uncalled for behavior, and we’ll never be returning. We sat there for 20 minutes or so eating and people who were there 5 minutes after we came in still hadn’t gotten their food. Slow, rude workers and food that was uncooked is all you’ll get here.

Order was $23.10 asked for cook to order. Fries and 10 piece, waited at the pickup window for at least 4 minutes. And fries nor nuggets wasn’t fresh. Also older taker was huffin and puffin.. If you don’t want to work stay home..poor customer service..

Complete collapse during breakfast at 10am. Waited over 55 min for food and left since it wasn’t ready. They also made portions 1/2 the size of usual and forgot my sauce!!

Used the drive thru during rush hour. I won’t say the lady that took our was friendly but, wasn’t rude either it was thier busy time and I’m sure they were trying to push people through. Ordered the burger bundle, they forgot the sauce for the nuggets but, that is a 50/50 no matter what McDonald’s you go to.

The drive-through service is terrible. Made a mistake in my order and I wanted to add two things which was fries and coke Because I thought I ordered a 10 piece chicken nugget meal, but the meal option they always put at the bottom which confuse me and proceeded to tell me with an attitude to go back around the line . Also, not first time this has happened last I time I went they told me that they had no more soda yet the main lobby fountain soda was working. Explain that and the Car in front of me got soda. It is terribly managed, and with whoever the manager is not overseeing these issues, I will not be going back.

It’s McDonald’s…….
So I forgot how disgusting this place was and due to a long day at work and the fact that I was starving I made a poor decision by stopping here late at nite approx 1am. I ordered a double quarter ketchup only medium size and a vanilla shake. . There was so much ketchup on the burger that it was pouring out and the burgers were sliding apart. It was an obvious disgruntled employee that was upset or just plain dumb and untrained but either way don’t waste your time here unless you too are disgusting. See pics

The Phillies won and I had a coupon for a free chicken sandwich with any purchase of a $1 or more. The food was ok. You get what you pay for. Ordered the chicken sandwich and a mcdouble. The service was fast and the order was correct. They’re def skimpy on the chicken breasts, you’re gonna have to double that if you want to compete with Chick fil a or Popeyes. Not bad for a McDonald’s.

As for the ambiance, it was super loud! Fortunately, the service was still good. I didn’t have to wait too much.
