I bought a Big Mac and a small fry for $9 plus dollars. The food is horrible. I opened the first McDonald’s in Sussex county in the late ’70s. The food you McDonald’s put out as disgusting. Nothing like back in the good old days. You need to do a lot better for those prices.

Ordered food this morning around 11am. Lunch had just started and I get cold fries and a burger with a hard bun. I eat it and haven’t felt good all day. The place started out great but now might be declining. If you can wait for McDonald’s try Lewes DE, or Kent Island MD. Very disappointed for Milton.

Went in to order to go. The place was clean, but so cold and sterile looking.
I do not like the “new look” that McDonald’s is putting out. Very impersonal.
Now, as far as my experience at this location, it went relatively well in comparison to other McDonald’s I’ve visited throughout my life.
The service was timely, the order was correct, and the food was hot. There is plenty of parking and in a good location.
Things that weren’t great about this visit: I spent almost $40, and they didn’t want to give me a cup of hot water. I can’t have caffeine, so I bring my herbal tea with me everywhere I go so I can have a hot beverage with my food. (Just getting over a cold and could barely talk anyways) So the crew member reluctantly brought me a small hot cup half full of hot water.
Luckily, the manager saw my disappointment and filled my small hot water up. Also, the bagels were quite dry and tough to chew.

I waited 45 minutes for a singular apple pie. I tried to walk inside, yet all the doors were locked. When calling the store, I was hit with an attitude saying they didn’t have any apple pies and they are in the oven. Why wasn’t I told this 45 minutes ago? Goodbye. Milton McDonald’s SUCKS and the staff are rude. Don’t go here.

Live in Milton DE , This location is ran by children and they mess up the order every time we go ! They never put the bacon on the new chicjken sandwich today and we asked for extra pickle and kethup on the hamburgers and didnt get ANY on the above! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else! Everytime there are issues. THe time before this we waited at curbside for 16 min for a small order! They comment was we are working on the order! NASTY TOO!

I’m giving an additional star to the cleanliness of the eating area & bathrooms and for the woman who took my order, who was very sweet. It’s unfortunate the people who work in the kitchen are not putting in the effort. It also doesn’t help that there is one register and 5 self-checkouts. McDonalds Corp. will continue this asinine approach with every new build for two objectives: to save money and cut down workers. Ruthless.

My husband, baby, and I stopped in for dinner and unfortunately had another underwhelming experience at this location. We had to order at the kiosk (as usual) since no one was at the register — it doesn’t feel welcoming walking in when there’s no staff in sight and the menu is just a paper sitting ontop counter.
I ordered the Spicy Deluxe and had to return it because it was missing tomatoes completely. When I finally got it back, it had shredded lettuce and what looked like sliced cherry tomatoes — not exactly what I expected.
This isn’t the first time I’ve been let down here. Last time we came around 10 PM, we were told they were closed even though hours didn’t reflect that. Honestly, I was hesitant to even give it another shot.
That said, my family does usually love the 20-piece nuggets — who doesn’t love McDonald’s nuggets? But I think we’ll be skipping this location for a while.

cant get your order right everytime I go there, they dont listen to when your ordering cause they are talking to each other all the time. they dont care how full your drink is when they give it to you. have to wait sometimes when I got there for my food. needs better management and workers.
