Got whole bunch of attitude from the manager for no reason! The kiosk wouldn’t give me my Big Mac deal for $5.29 with another meal that wasn’t on the app! It was the $6 double cheeseburger! When I tried to order with management to fix the problem it was nothing but attitude from the manager! I also wanted to have the double cheeseburger plain and add Big Mac sauce, lettuce and pickles! She said well that is not plain! The whole experience is not welcoming with poor management skills and attitude problems coming from manager!

Cafe was clean and modern. Looked like it was recently remodeled, or a newer Cafe. We used the order kiosk and our food was brought to are table. The server was nice. Food was good. The restaurant is located right off Dupont Hwy and easily accessible. Outside is nice and clean as well. Nice country scenery all around.

Called up there about my burger and informed her Its very raw and I told them I was pregnant, she ignored me like I wasn’t on the phone, talking to other people instead of telling me to hold, I continuously was trying to get her attention, when she finally gave it to me, she said “I’ll put it in the book” then disconnected the call.. My stomach was very upset for hours and I will not be coming back!!

The most rudest customer service I have ever been to besides dunkin’ donuts.. all I ask for was napkins and then you’re going to be nasty I think you should take a class on learning how to speak to people you never know what people’s going through you told me there was napkins in the bag of course there wasn’t of course I came back through the drive-thru and you and your manager were nasty wow!!!

I ordered 2 double cheeseburgers with extra pickles and onions and they made it with no toppings at all. Nuggets are usually mid at best also. Terrible customer service

My first time trying this specific location after work I use a coupon to receive 30% off of a Mc crispy sandwich I ordered just the sandwich a spicy deluxe and received whatever this is won’t be coming to this location anymore is someone’s really that bad that they had to serve someone that?
