I am not a McDonald’s person but I tell you this one by far is the WORSE one I’ve ever been too. Every single time I come here something ends up wrong with my order. This time I order via mobile to pick up inside. Ofc its 9p and the inside is closed! With employees seen thru the window on the phone. Go thru drive thru. Was pulled up to wait for my food just to get COLD, OLD and disgusting fries! The drink wasn’t filled to appropriate line and the service was just rude “pull up.” Management needs to do better here and the service needs some serious work. From the moment I went up to the drive through.I knew that something was going to be up with my order.The youngly, who took my order seemed lost. The only decent experience was the young man that gave me my food.. go to give the kids burger to the kid and it looks like they forgot what a burger is! Pathetic! Horrible food quality, Spicy McCrispy Deluxe was burnt, not only burnt but also no sauce at all, no lettuce and a small slice of tomato. The fries tasted 2 hours old, but they were busy as ever at 6pm. The hot fudge sundae, was half full of ice cream with very little fudge. Overall, this location used to be great..in Camden DE, now it’s bottom of the barrel no better than any of them in Dover.

I been here a few times and it seems like here lately the person that is making the burgers doesn’t care to be there. I ordered a mcdouble and this is how I got it. Greasy on the outside of the paper and messy on the inside. This isn’t the first time I got it like this. It just wasn’t as messy as this. The lady’s at the window were polite and friendly. This will be my last time going to that McDonald’s.

First time in this McDonald’s location, since it is fairly new. The restaurant was clean and very modern. It had a few kiosk stations as you enter. The lady taking our order was friendly. We were given a number and told they would bring the food. Shortly after taking our seats they brought our food. The food was good and freshly made. The only issue with this location, was contrary to all other McDonald’s I’ve been to, this one does not have the beverage station available to customers. Drinks are done behind the couter.

Been to this location a couple times. Each time it just gets worse and worse. The 2 people at the window were nice but the lady told me to pull up into reserve 2 so I was like no problem and thought the food would be fresh for once. Waited like 7 minutes for the person to get me food and I asked the man for straws and he said they were in the bag and they weren’t so I then had to park in a different parking spot to walk in to ask for straws which wasnt that much of a deal to be honest except for the doors being locked so I had to walk over to the whole other side to try to get the mans attention. But then the actual food quality was the worst its ever been at this location we had a large and a medium fry and almost all of the fries were very crunchy and tasted like they were 2 hours old and they were cold. My partner got a quarter pounder which was also very cold however my 2 cheeseburgers were a good temperature. Overall this location is not the best and could use some much more help, they act like they have no staff but yet they are still always so busy.

I hardly eat McDonald’s as it is but with out fail this restaurant is A. Always out of what you order so you can’t just do pick ups. B. Forgetting most of your order and your having to go back. C. Just not making it as you requested so messing up your food. Also when you go in it is a 20-30 minute wait normally and when you go through drive through at least 10 even when not busy. I’ve had staff lie about being out of things then other staff telling me I can get it. Then when they mess up your order be obviously upset that they have to remake it?

Went there last night 11/25/25 and they messed up my husband’s burger. He asked for no onions or mustard on his burger and there was no mustard but they were sneaky and put the onions between the burgers in the cheese? Since when did they start doing this? And no one stayed and the very last window to MAKE SURE our order was right. Wait till the customer pulls off before walking away instead of sitting there doing whatever you were doing on your phone as you were walking away AND as you handed my husband our order. Very unprofessional. Even IF it is fast food …
