I went to McDonald’s today and ordered a meal, then parked my car. After finishing, I decided to order six more meals for my friends. At first, the employee refused and said they were “about to close,” even though there was still a full hour left before the official closing time. Then she said they didn’t have enough meat, and when I asked how much was left, she started yelling at me!
In the end, I was able to place my order, but at the window she accused me of trying to bother them. I simply told her: If you can’t deal with customers, why are you working here? But she continued acting unprofessionally and tried to push me out of the restaurant.
Honestly, I never expected this level of disrespect at a global place like McDonald’s. This whole situation could have been handled politely with just a simple smile instead of yelling and trying to embarrass the customer. I hope they improve their customer service in the future

I went through drive thru and waited 10 minutes for my food. NOTHING was fresh. I’m a former worker (not for this store) but I know this is just unacceptable. January 19th around 2 pm this is the type of service this store was giving out old meat I KNOW been sitting .. the 1/4 meat was also scribbled up and OLD or burnt !! And is why they said I had to wait .. doesn’t make any sense. Thanks for messing up my lil sandwich I was so ready for it smh

Terrible services!!!!
I came for the crocs toys for my girls, not only I wasn’t notified they had no more, they just randomly give you something else. the server was not apologetic for not giving me the right order and I didn’t get any napkin or spoons for my Oreo McFlurry. I asked for no salt on all my fries, they all came with salt and it was cold. I understand people will make mistakes and all, it’s no big deal when you’re making a mistake, it’s the attitude that pisses you off. They don’t care AT ALL. I will stop coming here.

I almost always do the drive thru. Usually, the line here moves very quickly. My order has been correct 9 times out of ten. I would choose this location over any other in Dover,DE.

Spent the day (12•23•23) out shopping with my daughter, & stopped to eat.. We don’t frequent Dover often these days, but in comparison to the McDonald’s closer to our home, this particular one isn’t all that great.. Especially food wise, & sorta the service as well.
My little one wanted to order the Kerwin box.. mainly because the little chicken nugget toy they come with are actually pretty cute.. The actual nuggets tasted pretty yummy, & the fries were very hot, but could tell they weren’t fresh. Seemed as if they reheated fries that had already been sitting out.. & to my 6-year-old daughter and I, the fries are what makes – or – breaks any trip to McDonald’s.
Atmosphere wise, not too shabby…. Though, ins-and-outs of the parking lot can be quite difficult to maneuver. But, the interior atmosphere is shockingly beautiful. I would honestly love to have the indoor decor in my own home.

It is a clean amd open calm environment. Prices are cheaper here then most McDonald’s in delaware. The only issue is that I have with this is that there is only a half price of cheese. That’s cheap.. with the price as high as it is nothing should be made cheap.

Went out to McDonald’s yesterday to get Carmel frap love those so since I was there I got a breakfast sandwich this is what it looked like after I got home and opened it now why would someone actually give this to a customer why not just throw it away and toast a new one so very unacceptable!! Had I not been home I would have taken it back I gave the egg sausage and cheese to my dog threw away the muffin
