Food was as expected from a McDonald’s, cheap and quick with no salt and stingy with the sauces. Place was clean and recently remodeled on the inside, with less seating, no more self serve drink machines, so you have to wait to get a refill. It looks nice for a McDonald’s but I’m honestly not a fan of the new interior and the seats were even more uncomfortable than what they had before.

Customer service is horrible! They will let you stand at the counter forever! You have to say something for them to come to take your order. Food is overpriced, and sandwiches have gotten smaller! Food is cold. I got a quarter pounder that one side of the burger was burnt! The roaches crawling across the floor in broad daylight was enough for me! This McDonald’s use to be one of the best in the area. Not the case since they renovated. Quality of food went down and customer service is horrible. Won’t be going there to eat again!!!

Make sure you check your food. I ordered a big breakfast with hot cakes. Repeat, hotcakes. No syrup. This is 3rd time they did not put syrup in the bag. My bad for not checking every single time with this place. Because apparently, hotcakes without syrup is a normal thing to do. Ridiculous.

Went to this location on the pm hours of 8pm- 9pm. Service was horrible. Sad thing was that i was the only one in there. The drive thru line was long. The employee decided he was going to serve the drive thru line and i waited over 20 minutes just to get my order. On top of that the fries were cold, the food barely warm. They didnt have the decency to apologize for me waiting.

Decidedly, I would not do McDonald’s new crispy chicken sandwich again! McDonald’s employees don’t take any pride in their work! A picture says 1000 words!!! I asked the cashier to make me a fresh sandwich and these are the pictures to depict what McDonald’s is serving. I’m being generous giving them 2-stars!! ♂️

29 degrees out and they give cold burgers and fries. Then when you ask for hot food they take it back and through your cold fries in the deep fryer after they have been already fried and microwave your cold burger. This is what you pay almost $10.00 for. Sloppy burgers in sloppy wrappers. A 5 year old can do better then this.

Don’t usually leave a review but I was just handed the grossest burger I’ve ever gotten from McDonald’s. It was cold the bread was stale and the meat was dry! How old could it have been?! I asked for extra pickles. One would assume they’d make a new one. Instead it seems like they grabbed the oldest one from the lot and threw it in the bag not even fully wrapped. The girl with pink hair at the register was the only redeeming quality of this site.

The person in the drive-through was nasty from the beginning. My husband has been collecting the McDonaldland postcards. I tried to order him one and asked to switch the milkshake for water. The person in drive-through was nasty and said na you can’t. I explained that’s I did want the milk shake and would still pay for it I just would weather have water. She was again would saying no. I pull up to receive my food and the gentleman handing me my food tells me the milkshake machine was down and they couldn’t make the milkshake. I told them that was fine water would be perfect. I also order my daughter a happy meal. When I went to hand her the apple slices I noticed they were already open with food in them. I asked for another bag. He said ya but you need to pull up because it’s going to be a while because of the apples. By this time I was frustrated when they brought the rest of the food I didn’t even think to check the bag and they didn’t have my husband’s fries or postcards for the meal. Food was better than most McDonald’s. The wait wasn’t too long, but still slower than other fast food restaurants. They didn’t mess up my order so that’s a plus. Not too bad for a McDonald’s.
