I ordered food in the evening just a few days ago. The chicken nuggets were dry. The cookie was good and chewy. The regular coke was not flat. They didn’t have comfortable booth seating. They were playing nice pop music.

It’s a McDonald’s…. they are on point 4/5 times but sometimes forget stuff. Staff is usually great day or night attitude wise. The rising prices are DEFINITELY noticed but it isn’t the employees fault

This is getting ridiculous.
Our last three orders all had missing items. First it was a drink, then a burger, and today was the worst.
We placed two orders. The first one was missing a drink. When we asked for it, the staff gave us the wrong one. My kid ended up throwing it away when we got home.
The second order? Missing another drink again.
This kind of repeated mistake is unacceptable. Starting the New Year like this is incredibly disappointing.

I ordered 2 mcflurries and they were pitiful. Maybe halfway full and barely any topings on top, and not even mixed into it. I got light ice for my drink and received no ice and my burger was barely warm. I hate to be the person to leave a bad review but the food just shocked me as someone who has worked ~3 years in food service.

To the McDonald’s employee made this mocha frappe on the night of December 31 around 7:30 pm, you absolutely cooked. Best mocha frappe I’ve ever had, also my fries came out hot and crispy. Perfect meal happy new years.
