Food was fine, but the staff was trash. I asked for my receipt 3 times, only to wait for 5 minutes at the window at the end of the drive thru until I just drive off. I’ve gotten better service at 11pm on a Monday at this location, they need to fire whoever is working the drive thru. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at this location and I want to stress to management that the only thing that was wrong was the drive thru worker who refused to give me my receipt.

Tonight, I ordered from here through DoorDash and the quantity of everything was all wrong. I ordered the nuggets shareables bundle that included 40 chicken McNuggets and 2 large fries for my brother and I. I only got 32 nuggets, (yes, I counted them) only 1 large fry and my brother’s drink was half full. Not to mention the delivery fee, service fee, and my driver’s tip totaled my order to $61 and I didn’t get what I paid for. Unbelievable and ridiculous! I’ll never DoorDash from McDonalds again. Instead I’ll just go pick up the food but go to a different McDonalds because from reading the other negative reviews it looks like the workers at this one don’t pay attention and tend to mess things up most of the time. That is all.

I ordered the Grinch meal. Paid $14.99
(lesson learned- get a receipt, I didn’t and i’m mad I didn’t) When I pulled up they look completely confused that I ordered the grinch meal because that’s not what they had and since I ordered the grinch meal I still owe $2.00 more.
I told them I paid 15 DOLLARS already. They made me pay the $2.00 and then showed me a receipt they just pulled out of “my previous order” and it didn’t even match my card number. The guy said “it’s a mystery” and closed the window.
Complete unacceptable. I paid $17 for a Big Mac and some socks.
Lesson learned when asked to get a receipt get the receipt! Cause apparently nobody could figure it out

So apparently management is cool with the employees playing pranks through the drive thru on customers, very strange, making weird voices and changing the tone even though it’s the same person, she went from obnoxiously polite to monotone and hostile in the middle of the sentence. Not sure what the issue was but yeah don’t go there on night shift whoever they hired is extremely strange, maybe even not right in the head?

EVERYONE is complaining about the people in drive thru and their attitude. I went through their drive through Wednesday night 9/10/2025. I had a mobile order. Online it said their golden sauce was sold out. So when I got to the window there was a young man and a beautiful young woman working. I explained that I tried ordering the sauce but it was sold out. They were both very,very pleasant and said,” Yes, we’re sold out”. I asked if they could possibly give me some from their guns they use for making their sandwiches. (I’m assuming they still use them). They were both very nice and got me some. I didn’t get one oz of an attitude or anything. My order was correct and hot. Secondly I don’t appreciate the one review a man left saying the whole crew was Hispanic and I guess they’re becoming more diverse! If I could have replied to his and many other reviews I definitely would have. Why does race even have to get brought up. We are all human beings at the end of the day. We all make mistakes no matter the color of our skin! We all bleed red! The 2 people that helped me that night were so nice to me. They didn’t get mad, an attitude or anything when I mentioned the golden sauce situation. So before anyone else decides to throw in race think before speaking! We’re all humans and all have feelings. We all make mistakes and have bad days! Especially people who work with the public hours on end! If you dont like a certain race then stay home!

I just ordered a sandwich with extra cheese. Charged 89 cents for an extra piece and didn’t get it. I’m tired of these fast food workers not paying attention. How hard is it to read a screen? And fast food workers want $15 an hour that they don’t deserve if they can’t perform a simple task. It’s literally embarrassing. This isn’t the first time this has happened. Not to mention this isn’t even real cheese so why am I paying almost a dollar for “cheese”

Stopped in around lunch time the inside was clean; it took a while to get serviced. Was a nonchalant laid back sort of attitude, but efficient. All Hispanic female crew at the time I stopped in for lunch. Not sure what that means May be there’s a more diverse crew on other shifts.
