Difficulty getting Oder
I am a door desh delivery driver. 10/24 at 10/30 pm I went to pick up two orders.
A woman from the window said to the driver’s line,There are many cars waiting. After 20 minutes, the order register asked what I wanted. I’m going to pick up the door dash order, she said go to the second window.
I went to the window and rang the bell, but there was no servant. I rang the window and two boys arrived. The driver went to line, I waited driver line for a long time. order The register woman said, “Go to the second window.
The tall boy is ready to order. I’ll give it to you. The short boy with the curly hair is not okay. Again, waiting for the driver, showing anger. He threatened to call the police.
I lined up in the driver’s line again. order The registrar went back to the second window.
A boy from the second window said, “I’m not giving you an order. It took me more than an hour to get my order.
To the delivery drivers,
If you go to pick up an order after 10 pm, it is not good manners. unconscious Waiters who don’t think about restaurant business will cause problems. The next night, I decided not to go to them to pick up the order.

EVERYTIME I AM ASKED TO GO TO THIS LOCATION IT IS ALWAYS SOME BS. TONIGHT AT 8.05 PM THEY WERE NO LONGER TAKING ORDERS OUTSIDE/DRIVE THRU OR INSIDE EITHER. PREVIOUS TIMES AFTER 9 PM THEY ONLY TAKE MOBILE ORDERS. ANOTHER TIME THEY ONLY TOOK WALK IN ORDERS. ANOTHER TIME THEY ONLY TOOK DRIVE THRU ORDERS.

I put a mobile order in and asked to change my drink they said i would have to make another order okay fine. i get my food and the fries are cold. i ask for fresh fries and then i was given my drinks. my drinks didn’t have any ice. when i asked for ice i was told there wasn’t any. why the store open if the fries cold and it’s no ice ? why am i drinking a warm sweet tea ?

Ordered the Grinch meal and received old cold food! No grinch fries,no grinch,socks no grinch containers! Even when I’ve come in person it’s terrible! Door Dash and all delivery apps need to review this place and reconsider! The nuggets were hard and cold too! Fries cold and like they had been swimming in grease! The Big Mac patty looks like one from a kids meal! This establishment doesn’t care and they show it time and time again! As per the rest of the reviews it’s obvious! People pay good money! DO BETTER! The people that worked in the kitchen on 11/26/2025 at around 8:18pm is disgusting and that place needs to actually be shut down because why did I get my food and mid bite hair was all in my chicken sandwich! This place needs to be inspected!

Absolutely the worst people work at this location ordered on the McDonald’s app a small fry a McFlurry and a Dr Pepper went to the 24 hour drive-through and was told only DoorDash is being served again repeat 24 hour drive-through girl was very rude. Will not be spending any of my money here again go here if you want to be disrespected.

The manager at this building was super rude. We ordered 2 Large drinks they parked us and then brought 2 Medium drinks (not even to the top) instead. When we told her she just said they are all the same price and completely ignored us. Leadership here should definitely consider new management or training for this managers, this McDonald’s is super unorganized and dirty. This was on Jun 19 at 12:38pm.
