Y’all are beyond cooked literally and metaphorically because there’s no way you guys let this order go through without being faded. This was for 2 McFlurries and one chocolate milk. Guess the ice cream machine broke again, just like y’all. How can a human be so bad at following instructions at work. Guess that’s why I don’t work at McDonald’s.

Incredibly slow service. Took me 30 minutes to get my pre-ordered items. There is no sense of order or urgency. Staff were fairly rude. Honestly the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to in a long time.
And they didn’t get my order right, and did not provide me with my redeemed fries. Food was not fresh and tasted stale/old… Almost like I got a McDouble Patty instead of the quarter pounder Patty

Dude, this place. Every time I go McDonald’s – this location and others – it’s been a nightmare. Service is nonexistent, missing items, no one cares about helping customers. My order was missing fries and there were no napkins. I had to say excuse me multiple times before anyone responded and a minute later someone else had to do the same thing to get help with a messed up order. The bar must be set really low for staff and employees. It’s a shame.

I did however stop inside to use the restroom. The condition of the restroom was awful. You’re an all over the floor awful smell.
The drive-through worker didn’t do anything wrong The weight for the food was astronomically long I feel like they were slaughtering the cow food came out ice cold another zombie worker with no enthusiasm, and the life sucked out of their body handed us the ice cold food
I know it’s McDonald’s. I don’t eat fast food often but when I do, I’ll be sure not to come here.
There is a big hole blasted in the wall outside of the establishment. It was probably an impatient. Customer blasting through the wall to escape this hell hole

I ordered specifically two items from the Monopoly Game item. Neither item got the stickers. They said if they ran out… They won’t give it out. I see behind the counter ton of box and cups with it. The response was they don’t go look and pick it for you. They grab what they can and give you the food.
I asked for the manager, the girl points to the guy there.. Who repeated the Same thing… Then he ignores me and continue to organize coins, one at a time.

Used my credit card here the other day, handed it to drive thru attendant. I don’t use this credit card often – this was the first time I used it in over 4 months for anything, in person swipes or online purchases. Very next day I got a stolen credit card alert of unauthorized charge. Timing seems extremely suspicious.

Disgusting food, egg, and cheese on an English muffin, the muffin was stale. The cheese tasted like old plastic. Coffee is so bitter. I’m throwing up from all the sugar I already added. And on top of that, the manager with the Spanish accent thinks it’s funny to be sarcastic at 9 AM. Terrible branch terrible experience.
