Every time I come to this McDonald’s, there is always an issue with my order, and today was no different. I ordered two McChickens with cheese and ketchup, and somehow both sandwiches came out without the cheese—a simple request that was completely ignored.
This isn’t a one-off mistake. It feels like every visit turns into a problem, whether it’s missing items, incorrect modifications, or having to double-check the bag before leaving. Customers shouldn’t have to inspect their food just to make sure basic requests were followed.
Mistakes happen, but when it’s consistent, it shows a lack of attention to detail and care for customers. If you’re charging for add-ons, they should actually be on the food. Until this location improves accuracy and accountability, I’ll be avoiding it.

DO NOT EAT HERE BRUH. We doordashed our food and it came only 15 minutes later. Apon opening the bag of food we had noticed all of the food looked as if it had been sitting out. We ordered a spicy chicken sandwich. But we couldn’t even identify if it were really a spicy due to the dark color of the patty. In addition to the patty darkness, we ordered snack wraps that had also seemed to be sitting out for a long time. I had tried my best to forget about this experience but I have been suffering from food poisoning for the last 4 days.

The food was cold and fries and they gave me what I didn’t order it’s been happening to me lately it’s the closest one to my house and I called the store and that manager with grey hair glasses gave and attitude didn’t let me finish and hung up on me . They are always high on the job doing what ever they want for the most days out of the week I’m sick of I’m actually calling corporate this time

Food always on point here after hours, they 2x better then n5th mcdonalds. Attitude and stank faces be on high but that food always on point. Understandable though, its not a job for the weak working in a kitchen.

If I could put 0 I would. I ordered a spicy chicken deluxe and please explain to me how they literally gave me a bun with all the toppings and no chicken. How absolutely stupid does someone have to be to not put chicken on a sandwich that is literally called a chicken sandwich. So I called and they told me “there is new people tonight there is nothing I can do”

They get really busy here.. but they keep up with everything.. they all deserve raises asap.. one lady ran the front counter and prepared orders while the other got the food out in a timely manner.. all of them extremely polite and courteous.. really wasnt expecting that in Reading.. but they did a great job!!

when i was 6 the my little pony walking toys were available and they told me everyone but starlight glimmer was out of stock and i was the most upset 6 year old ever. i’m now old enough to remember this and spread hatred towards mcdonald’s.
