Almost no onion on a $6 sandwich. There were also chewy chunks in the “steak”. It is shameful that this is what they give you for the price.
They also forgot items out of our order twice in a row and we had to go back.

Every time I go I order the same thing when I go during the day my order is typically made right. When I go at night I order my food no pickle extra onion the last 3 times I have went at night they mess it up. Last night I sent it back in and said they made it wrong can they fix it. This sloppy mess is what I received back & My burger was ice cold so once I was home I had to reheat it. There is always an issue when they mess up an ordered and have to fix it instead of making it right the first time its not a complicated order

employees don’t listen in the drive thru nor do they know their own menu. a double cheeseburger meal got me their version of wendy’s biggie bag. which includes a mcdouble. not even a double cheeseburger. my fault for not double checking the bag, but jesus christ, “$6 mcdouble meal deal” was no where near the verbal request i gave the drive thru employee.

Wishing that Google would ask for 0 stars cause this place absolutely deserves it!!!!! This is the absolute LAST TIME that I come to this location. Every time we come here, we’re waiting at most 20-30 for our food after ordering it. I also know that it doesn’t take that long to make the food SINCE I USED TO WORK IN THE KITCHEN TO PREPARE IT. When we eventually do get our food, it’s either cold, raw or we’re missing stuff. When we came in tonight, they were hardly busy and the workers claimed that they were. Also, this is the presentation that we get every time when we order here. ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS!!!!Guarantee that I will be calling BOTH Corporate and the Graham owners on this. DO BETTER MCDONALDS ,STOP HIRING HIGH SCHOOLERS TO MAKE YOUR FOOD (and screw it up) AND HIRE PEOPLE THAT ACTUALLY NEED A JOB.

This location is the dirtiest one I have ever been to. Trash is overflowing, tables dirty, floor dirty, and bathrooms are gross. Im very surprise that this place passes health inspection. You would think they have a designated person to clean up the trash around this place. The manager could care less. Go to a different location, this place is gross!!!

You can not tell me when you made this no one notice how burnt the entire sandwich was! So much so that it was a waste of money since it tasted the same way it looked nasty! I was hoping the new building would help but it’s just a shell still don’t care at this location ! Also it was cold , no they were not busy there was me and one other car. I gave two stars because the gentleman at the window was nice or else I would have done one star .

Love the new place! We happened to visit on a Grand Opening day. Raindow the clown did an awesome job on balloon animals. Besides that, food and service was great. My granddaughter loved her balloon fish, the t-shirt and stuffed giraffe she won playing the games outside. I also won a free sandwich. We will be back and very happy they are finally open. We always stop here for dinner when she sleeps over.
