Spacious and Modern McDonald’s with a Few Cleanliness Issues
I recently visited the McDonald’s on S Valley Forge Rd and was impressed by its spacious layout and modern ambiance. The restaurant provides ample seating and a refreshing atmosphere. One of the highlights for families is the kids playground, which offers a fun and safe experience for little ones to enjoy.
Additionally, the kids’ corner, with games on tablets, adds an extra element of entertainment for children. The self-checkout kiosks are another convenient feature that allows for quick and easy ordering.
However, one downside to my experience was the cleanliness of the tables. Unfortunately, all the tables were not properly cleaned after customers finished their meals. This oversight was disappointing and took away from an otherwise positive experience.
Overall, the McDonald’s on S Valley Forge Rd offers a spacious and modern setting, complete with a kids’ playground and self-checkout kiosks. While it would greatly benefit from improved table cleanliness, it remains a convenient option for families and individuals alike.

Smallest indoor McPlayyard my children have ever visited. Though for positive their was a family Restroom attached to play area making it so you not have inconvenience of going across restaurant with children. Was clean and seating area was large. Ordered the Biggie Box was almost room temp when arrived.

4 star for the food and service but a 3 star for the poor choice of floors when it rains outside.
We took my grand daughter here for a chance to Roman around the play area as soon as I walked in it was so slippery. I thought it was just the normal mopping up after the rain water from outside but it wasn’t The entire franchise has the gray tile flooring which is super slippery and condensate during rain. I almost slipped during the entire time there walking after my grand daughter. They placed wet floor signs everywhere but the kids there don’t read or pay attention.
Other than the hazardous floors, my grand daughter had a blast!
Ordered food from the kiosk and grabbed a table number.
They delivered the food really fresh and hot!
The staff was very friendly.
Cleanliness was great despite the hard effort of the staff mopping the entire time we were there which was about 1 hour.
I love the fact that they have sanitary wipes all around for our convenience.
Seatings are ample and spacious for large groups.
Location is easy being on a main road of Valley Forge Rd. Although FYI, it’s a pain exiting the shopping center due to Harvey traffic all the time.
Overall we enjoy coming here and it’s refreshing to finally get back to pre COVID restrictions.

Walk in after ordering breakfast on the app, turn to the app to say im here just for it to cancel the order on me, on the spot, after I just drove all the way to get here. Staff was fine, they explained everything and apologized, the problem is the system that cancels orders without warning and leaves the poor staff needing to explain. Wasted alot of my time.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The playground area was clean which was surprising. I have never been to a fast food place with an eating playground area that was clean. The playground area bathroom was not that clean though but the females bathroom at the restaurant area was. I ordered on the app and the food took a little while. I placed the order a few minutes before we walked in and it took about 7-10 minutes to get my food.

I waited 20 minutes for a hamburger Happy meal that was never given to me and I had to leave because I was late to pick up my child. The team was actively talking about how they didn’t like to work and and that they were glad they didn’t have to be nice to people all day.

They don’t even know their own menu. I asked for a BACON quarter pounder with cheese and I never get the bacon ever never ever… This is like the seventh time that I’ve ordered something and have not gotten my complete order. You still charge me the same amount you would charge me if you had given me what I asked for.
the managers need to be replaced to people who actually care about working if you do not care about what people pay for and you do not care about your job then you should not be working there management needs to change. It’s all on the computer if you didn’t hear the order ask again I’m tired of this McDonald’s hiring incompetent children from North Penn high school, and the children are not even the problem it’s the management. They are just as bad. The goal working there should be providing quality service and actually caring about your ratings online. How embarrassing to run a business like this.

Ordered a meal, and when I got home opened the bag and was greated by a half full box of fries. Just screams of neglect by preparing employee. Likely will not be going back here.
UPDATE: I was once told “it’s always a good idea to give a business a second chance”. Apparently that person never stopped at this McDonald’s. 2:2 on 1/2 full fries. I gave two stars originally, but since I got 1/2 the fries I will deduct 1/2 the stars.
