I just went through the drive-thru and picked up my order. I ordered a large fries, but the container was only about half full. I did not order a small — I paid extra for the large size, so this was really disappointing. Please make sure orders are filled properly before handing them to customers.

I come here once in a blue moon with our kids. 2 and 4. We were having supper and one of the staff had a friend come in and they were having a loud conversation in the foyer right in front of our table and the tone and way she was explaining things was scaring my daughter. She was going on and on about gentle parenting and even started using the f word. IN FRONT OF MY 2 and 4 year old!!! I had to ask them to stop. The employee didn’t even have the decency to take her friend outside (who must have been I’d guess in her 20-30’s). The young lady was very courteous before we got there even asked if we placed our order yet. Then this. I didn’t catch her name however she is a shorter black girl. Not sure if that helps but that’s what I know. Again, very respectful at first but then allowing her acquaintance to carry on like that in front of children then use profanity like that so I had to explain to my daughter why that’s a naughty word!?!?!? Not ok. I also heard the f word come from the kitchen area while we were there.
Remember, McDonald’s is a restaurant geared towards children. We cannot in good faith return knowing you steal the innocence of children this way.

I went there 2 times within 20 minutes. The first time I ordered a Sausage McMuffin with no cheese, and 2 Egg McMuffin’s with no cheese. Turns out, all 3 had cheese on them. I went back and ordered the same 3, and stressed that I couldn’t eat the others because they had cheese on them, and again asking that the 3 sandwiches not have cheese on them. Well at least they didn’t have cheese, but, 2 of them didn’t even have a friggin egg on the sandwich!!!!! I’m done with this McDonald’s. I guess I don’t get to eat breakfast today.

I order 1 hamburger and 1 fry. It was fairly simple. A standard hamburger all the toppings, extra pickles. What I got was a hamburger with just mayonnaise and half a pickle. I went to go get ketchup and there was none in the lobby. So I walked up to the counter to ask for some and stood there for a bit and no one was around. This was pre time dinner time too. So I just walked away.
There I sat after my first bit of a bare burger with mayonnaise… wondering why I paid about $3 for the burger and $2 for the fries. I didn’t even finish it and threw it away it was so bland cold and bad.
First time I tried McDonald’s in years and I definitely won’t be going back anytime soon.

I have a cast on my arm so I did the curbside order. When I pulled in and put the spot number in there were no customers besides myself and one or two others. After waiting almost 15 minutes my order still was not brought out. I went in to check what the problem was because the app said it would be ready in 2 minutes. I had a very very rude belligerent girl working the counter today, October 19th, at approximately 10:20 a.m. She should be fired on the spot! Employees do not talk to customers like that. She also stated that they were busy, which they were not, and that is no excuse! If you were going to offer curbside then you bring the order out in a timely fashion instead of when your order is cold! Manager really needs to teach and enforce customer service! You would think with Burger King and Popeyes coming across the street they would be more in tune to customer service because they will lose everyone with attitudes like that!

The staff and the manager are outstanding. I love going in there. Everyone is so friendly. However, please be careful when it’s wet outside. The floors are horribly slippery. I witnessed an old gentleman just barely not slip and fall. I have slipped myself a few times, but never fallen. That’s the only negative of the place well run well managed wonderful people.

Definitely one of the best McDonalds I’ve been to. The staff are all very nice, it’s kept clean, the guests are quiet and respectful, it’s a new McDonald’s design, service is very fast.

I walked in. Went to the kiosk and ordered food. I was paying cash but no one was at the register. A man was in the back and acknowledged another customer, told him he’d be with him soon.
A young worker walked in from outside, asked me a question and then walked off while i was speaking.
Quite disappointing.

Ordered a quarter pounder deluxe on mobile app when I got home it was just a skinny patty, looked like it was burnt and old but just reheated, I ate it anyway but this happens all the time here, will avoid this location moving forward
