I pulled up to the drive through and ordered at 9:48PM. I was the only car in the parking lot. I didn’t get my food until after 10PM. As I went to pull out of the drive through I realized I was given the wrong order and turned around right away. There were other cars in the drive through now. I didn’t get my food until 10:16PM, 28 minutes after originally ordering my food. And it was cold, because they gave me the food they had originally made for my order that had now been sitting for some time.
Was on the phone with corporate during the second half of this. Corporate logged my complaint. That’s it. No attempt to make it right. I definitely will never eat at this McDonald’s again, and I may never stop at any McDonald’s ever again.

On 1/10/26 around 8:20pm I had an extremely unpleasant experience at this McDonald’s. In the drive-thru, the employee was rude and dismissive, repeatedly talking over me and never asking if I had a mobile order or requesting my app code, which is standard McDonald’s protocol. When I tried to explain, I wasn’t given a chance to speak.
What made it worse was that I was spoken to in a way that felt inappropriate, especially in front of my family who were in the car with me.
I went inside the restaurant to calmly ask why the normal mobile order process wasn’t followed. Instead of help, I was immediately met by a tall, heavyset male employee who interrupted me before I could explain, spoke to me in a hostile and dismissive manner, and repeatedly stated that he had “been doing this a long time” rather than addressing the issue.
Customer service, professionalism, and basic communication were completely lacking. This experience has definitely made me reconsider returning to this location.

Went this morning for a sausage McMuffin with egg meal. My bag was grease soaked when I got to my office and everything in the bag was greasy. The hash brown was so gross I couldn’t even eat it. The sandwich was good though.

If i could give this place 0 stars I would. Got a happy meal with extra fries and got 6 fries in it. A vanilla and chocolate milkshake. They gave me two strawberry milkshakes and when I let them know of the mistake they asked me “are you sure you didnt say strawberry.” I also got a 10 peice nugget meal and had to go back and forth with the manager about if I ordered it after I gave them the reciept. There’s another mcdonalds right up the road, just keep driving past this one.

Don’t know how much of this was because of the service itself or corporate rules. In either case there was absolutely no reason for it to take a half hour to receive 3 happy meals, two sandwiches, and a snack wrap.
I bring up corporate because we sat down to eat. I understand they are pushed to prioritize the drive thru however considering there was no one else in the restaurant and more than one associate including what was either a store manager or district manager sitting around. I have to say I am appualed and the length we had to wait especially considering it was more than obvious we had small children in our party.
As indicated earlier we did request an outrageous amount of food, five meals. We also witnessed multiple people who came into the restaurant after us receive their food and leave. In my opinion they forgot about us.

Not happy at all I ordered two sandwiches the steak bagels one was dry and nothing on it the other one had no egg on it like I ordered I called the store to explain to them the issue and they telling me my kids can’t eat and I gotta bring the food back if I want it fixed or a refund like are u serious so my kids gotta miss out on breakfast before their football game cause yall messed up. Not cool only the hash brown was right and good!!!!

ZERO STARS! THE WORST MCDONALD’S EVER!!! On one occasion found hair on 2 out of 3 burgers ordered. Then I tried to go thru the drive-thru 40 minutes before they were closing only to be refused service, laughed at and racial comments were made about me being white. Then the guy and girl hid from me so I couldn’t take their picture. Never again!!!!

Ordered food from the crappy machine in the lobby, paid for it, and then didnt print out receipt. Waited 30 mins for my food never recieved it had to leave without my food or refund because i was unable to get anyones attention in the store. Wont be coming back

$2.59 for a single hamburger needs to be much better. Hamburger was dry, roll was stale and almost no ketchup and mustard. The fries which usually do not disappoint did. They were overcooked and not tasty. I loved McDonald’s for most of my life but I will avoid now. They have totally lost their way.

July 29th 2024. I ADVISE YOU TO BE CAREFUL EATING FROM HERE. There are MICE BITES IN BUNS , burrito wrapping & many more items. They’re feeding people mice residue daily. “If a customer or corporate sees this we’re done”. were the words of store manager. Mice live in that store & run around 5am – 11pm eating everything in sight.
