Needed a quick pick up thinking ok its 9am there may be a wait did curbside…Waited 20 min for curbside and no one at the parking lot. Or the drive thru when the line started then they remembered me…all I heard was sorry no thanks!!

Delicious and fresh food tonight! I want to express my gratitude to the worker who cooked my food at night. It was Monday around 2:50 am. Usually, the food at night is not as tasty as if you order it during the day. Usually, the fries are very oily and overcooked, but today everything was cooked perfectly and the food was warm and fresh!

The taste of the ice cream has changed . It used to come here only for it. It was my favorite ice cream, but I don’t know what they did , it’s completely different now. Even the color changed, it’s more yellowish, watery, and it doesn’t have that creamy delicate flavor anymore.

I just wanted to give feedback for future reference. I had the filet o fish and fries. The fries were bland no salt was added when they were fresh out of the fryer like normal. The sandwich had a half slice of cheese and there weren’t any napkins in the bag. Where’s the love?

The most rude and worst service I have ever received and I know that I’m talking about McDonald’s which is not a gourmet restaurant. They rip you off tell me how I place a mobile order with them paid for it only to get there and have them tell me that they’re not accepting mobile orders but I again paid for it so they must be accepting mobile orders however they said they did not know what to tell me and then started getting rude to me saying there’s nothing they can do for me. What’s worse is that they didn’t even offer me a refund and there’s no way on the app to report that a store is reporting themselves to be closed during normal business hours or refusing to honor mobile orders. Don’t waste your money here especially if you place a mobile order because apparently mobile orders are fake and they get to pick and choose what orders they honor

The food tasted fine, but on all three of our burgers, none of them had a top bun. I asked for no cheese on my quarter and had cheese. My other sandwich had barely any mustard or ketchup, even though I asked for extra (both of my sandwiches are the picture together). My friend asked for a double quarter extra cheese, and it only came with one slice, and the box was so greasy, you’d get greasy on your hands just by picking it up. We were also waiting at the window for a solid 5-10 minutes. Even though it was about 2:30 am, that service was unacceptable. It shouldn’t matter the time of day.

Kiosks WERE down. One kiosk did neither print out the receipt nor showed the order #. So, after you paid at the kiosk, you would need to go to the front desk, tried to find a cashier if there was one, and asked what was your order # by describing what you ordered. Better than that, in the middle while my ordered was prepared the order# would disappear from the “In preparation” queue which I had no idea why. It was a very unfriendly setup. The other other kiosk just did not work based on another other person’s compliant when I was there. The store needs to fix the kiosks as soon as possible.

Went through the drive thru for breakfast this morning and the service was quick, noticeably kind and helpful! The food and the coffee was hot and yummy and there was plenty of parking to take a few bites before hitting the road again.

Not one person speaks English, this is the 3rd time my order was wrong. You never get a straw with your beverage and they basically throw your food at you. Not happy with this service at all. I work in the food industry and this is just unacceptable. I get the stress and try not to complain but I will NEVER come back here again. Just terrible!

Stop by on friday night. Order received 7:55pm 15 minutes after which is 8:10pm ill ask the lady at the french fries said 1 minute. 5 minutes after i ask my food the guy said a minute. Finally the lady at middle take care of it. No one eating inside just me and my son. They just bussy talking and drive thru.not even apologize came out from their mouth. Very unprofessional.management need to step up.Damian if you read this please take care of your employees.
