I’ve come to this McDonald’s a few weeks and had pretty pleasant experience while here. The food was good and fresh too. I’ll definitely get food from here again in the future if I’m ever in the area again.

Very slow for breakfast. 20 minutes at 9:15 to get sausage mcmuffin and hash brownes. Staff kept trying to make us show a receipt when the only kiosk that was working wasn’t printing any and they wouldn’t read off what was in the bag so we would know what was in there. And because they were trying to “rush”, the hash brownes were not cooked completely and was soggy, and the center was cold

i ordered a caramel frappe with oreos added there was a caucasian male handling the in the drive through he handed me my frappe with oreos as a topping i proceeded to let him know i wanted the ordered inside the frappe he had an attitude and closed the window then opened it back up to grab the frappe he told me to pull around the front he then came out with THE SAME frappe this time no oreos and an additional cup with oreos so i asked him what’s this!!?? he said you wanted the oreos on the side i said no i wanted them inside mixed in the frappe he proceeded to tell me they do not make frappes with oreos in them because it’s a choking hazard!! lol i went inside and im going to assume the persaknbj takked to was the manager ihe fixed my frappe without a problem

For some reason certain workers at this location can’t read. There have been 4 times that they have screwed up my drink that I pay extra for. I order a mocha latte and they either try to give me a soda or a regular coffee. Today I even said to the worker when he tried to hand me a soda that I ordered a mocha latte and then he proceeded to give me a black coffee instead.

When I went in there they were very busy but the manager Miss “D” was on top of everything made sure that she acknowledged everyone in the restaurant and provided a congenial atmosphere from the customers to the employees she seemed to have a good command of her ship we need more managers at McDonald’s like her!

I went in for take out and was surprised to see 4 boys in there not wearing masks. Safety is my first priority when choosing a place to eat during this pandemic and I did not feel like they were taking the global pandemic seriously. I stood back and observed before I was going to order to make sure that they at least sanitized the area. While waiting I found that the 4 boys actually worked there and chose not to wear a mask. I did find it nice that they came in on their day off to wish a co-worker happy birthday, but at what cost to everyone’s health. They walked behind the counter where they were cooking and no masks. A couple actually had masks but they were on their chins instead of covering the face

This was by far the worst experience I have had at McDonald’s. This was my second time at this location, silly me for giving them a second chance. Today I spent nearly 20 mins waiting for food since the employee said she would bring the food out. After watching every other car leave with their food I went in to get mine. It was just sitting there waiting for the employee to bring it out. I asked for my food and a male employee got it. When I arrived home a few minutes later, my food was ice cold. Both my and my husband’s quarter pounder was missing ingredients, and it was pink. No chance I’m eating undercooked meat from that dump! Do not waste your money!

I’ve only been to this McDonalds once and it was a great experience. The drive-thru was easy and wasn’t very busy during what I would consider peak hours. The staff was friendly and even said hello to my dog. Plus there ice cream machine was working. And as far I’m concerned they’re batting 100 on the ice cream machine. Would visit again.

Usual nice experience. Plenty of free parking available with proper names to distinguish drive-thru vs dine-in parking.
Kiosk is easy to use. Easy to scan or enter the 4 digit code to login to our McDonald’s account so rewards/deals can be used and get credits for the orders.
Kiosk screen is big so all menu items can be seen so clear and customize the order so easily.
The kept the table number stands also near kiosk itself which can be given at the end of the order on the kiosk screen itself so they will bring the food to our table once ready.
Small place with less number tables and small restroom. Restroom can be accessible by only 2 people max at a time. Hand dryers were working but of no use as they didn’t even dry the water on hand. No hand towels were available inside the restroom. Only 1 hand wash basin available.
Service was good. They brought the food to the table even when we didn’t mention the number stand in the order as there was very less crowd at that time. Food was hot, so we liked. Ordered McValue combo which comes with sandwiche, 4 nuggets, small French fries and drink which makes one person tummy full. This is a reasonable combo for the price and items we get. We ordered 6 of them and they hardly took 5 minutes to prepare and serve which really helped us, as we were in hurry in going to a Regal movie theater which is in 10 minutes drive from this location.
High chairs were available for toddlers. Wheelchair accessible table also available. Wheelchair accessible parking also available.
