Very disappointed. We waited over 15 minutes for our food, and when I asked at the window, they had just started making it. No frozen Coke available. The chicken strips were awful – dry, overcooked, tough, and tasted like old oil. Easily the worst I’ve ever had. Not recommended – this new item is a fail.

Unless dealing with a manager, service here is terrible. I place online orders to get my food quickly and it now seems every time that going through the drive through without any orders in advance is faster since the past several times I have had an online order I have had to wait off to the side for over 10 minutes on my lunch break and no time to eat because of it; all the while watching a drive through line go through and get their food within a minute of reaching the second window. Today I spent more than half my lunch break waiting for my food, and yesterday I got to sit and wait in the drive through line, watch a $62 order get placed, and fulfilled in front of me before being told I need to pull to the side and wait for my food.

Every time I visit fries are always hot food is fresh, I may have caught them once where food was ok but other than that never had any issues, the place is always clean and decorated nicely for the holidays.

Got there at 5am with work colleagues ,the doors were locked and we were on foot .
The staff was so nice and let us walk up to the drive through to order and get our food. The staff couldn’t have been nicer and made the experience memorable ,plus the food was scrumptious !!
