This was a very clean McDonald’s. Kid friendly. Bathrooms were clean. The food was a bit of a mess. My Burger had stuff poured out the sides and most of my fries were dumped inside the bag. But better than most McDonald’s I suppose

Me and my sister were eating at McDonald this morning. A old woman sitting in front of us at the booths fussed at a worker named Aunicah because she insisted extremely rudely & loudly she had ordered a large soda with her small meal deal. And Aunicah had purposefully messed it up as if the worker wasn’t running around doing a million other things at once. The worker Aunicah said she would get the old woman a large soda (I wouldn’t have) and the old woman continued the fuss at her and said “I’ll get you fired!”. In this economy that’s a very threatening behavior. But the worker just moved on with grace of a saint. I hope McDonald’s realizes how good of a worker she is and if that old woman or someone like her with a nasty attitude complains about Aunicah just know they are lying on her name.

Usually good but had infuriating experience. Said my whole order down to the sauce clearly into drive thru mic. Was asked to say it all again, whatever. I do and mentioned the sauce twice more. I pull up, pay, go to 2nd window, and then am directed to 3rd. I wait for a simple spicy deluxe mcchicken meal with nothing else while I watch cars behind me pull up to window and then drive away with their order. I have a feeling the sauce is forgotten so when someone finally arrives to window I ask her for a sauce. She says “what?” with annoyed tone and I repeat myself politely. She says “Oh my god” and some other words motioning to the other window and expressing to me how she has to go over to the other one. Now I am put into a position where I must empathize with her and how busy they are. I accept that despite the extra measures I’ve taken to ensure acquiring precious sauce I’ve been defeated and am now inconveniencing this kind woman I waited on forever. Then I arrive back at my workplace to find that it is not a spicy deluxe mcchicken but rather a regular. With some chunky mayo substance? I already mourned the sauce on my drive back over and cooled down. This, though, pushed me over into talking about it territory. Sorry. Usually pretty decent service.

Ridiculous that they lie and say the monopoly game is over when I just checked and it isn’t. I specifically ordered a big Mac and large drink to get the game pieces and the person lied and said all the prizes have been won and I checked again and almost all the prizes are still available. If they’re going to do half digital and half paper properties they should make enough. Here’s photo proof . It’s really really bad practice to lie to your customers. No wonder you’re profits are down. And when I checked my double cheeseburger didn’t have cheese, how do you make a double cheeseburger and forget the most important part

We had ordered a 10 piece nugget they only gave us four and filled the other container with ranch dressing. The four nugget that I had even gotten were rock hard also ordered a milkshake that was literally water. Food was absolutely horrible highly don’t recommend.!!!!
