They made me wait for a simple 2 cheeseburger and medium fry by pulling up to the 2nd window. I waited an extra 20 minutes and they never even out the fries in the bag. Horrible service, tired of them always not putting food I paid for in the bag.

I’ve given this McDonald’s FOUR chances, and every single time, they’ve served me raw hamburgers. Not undercooked—raw. That’s a health risk, and it’s beyond frustrating. On top of that, the staff is incredibly slow and constantly forget items from my order. Every visit is a hassle.
To make things worse, when I spoke to the manager, I was met with pure attitude for no reason at all. No accountability—just defensiveness. I don’t expect 5-star service at a fast food place, but I do expect my food to be safe to eat and my order to be correct.
Save yourself the time and hassle- go somewhere else.

We came to order through drive thru on 12/28/2025 01:01 am. The person who took our order was very rude and had an attitude from the beginning. I said hello when arrived, he answered “why are you saying hello when you just pulled up”, then he ignored us until we pulled up to the window. He saw us and finally took our order. The whole interaction was horrible and very unpleasant. If I could I would give this customer service negative 10 stars.

I bought my family Arby’s Gyros but we dont favor their fries, So I bought six large fry from this McDonald’s across the street, paid, and then I was told to pull up to window 2 (near the front door) to wait. We waited over 7 mins…so naturally I thought they were giving us fresh fries, otherwise why am I waiting, ugh, nope, only one was fresh, and two were “topped off” with fresh, the others were not only from the bottom of their hour old basket, but cold thanks to the wait, and now so were our Arby’s sandwiches. Never again will i waste money here. If Im going to eat garbage food for top dollar it better taste like Heaven, not day old cardboard, otherwise, why would I keep going back. Life’s disappointing enough, I should be comforted by the bad for you food…not wish Id eaten a salad.

I have been a local customer to this particular McDonalds for years. Staff is almost always unfriendly and met with an aditude after making guests wait about 20 mins before even taking your order. When I was met at the window I had to ask 3 times for my receipt, missing sauce and unkind staff. I wouldn’t recommend going through the drive through if you really want “fast” food. Better off door dashing or going to the next town.

Every time I come here there is always a problem. Please save your time and money and go somewhere else. I always have tried to give this place one more chance after another. There is always a 20 minute or more wait for the food. Especially if you dine in, the food took 34 minutes the one day to get to my table, not to mention it was cold. Even at night, the drive thru lines get so backed up you are sitting there for a long time. Also, they didn’t have ice for 4 weeks one time. Most recently, I decided to come after work to get something, and they are doing cash only. Are we serious?

I refuse to eat McDonald’s food but I took my niece through the drive-thru and all I can say is that if you don’t like working at McDonald’s then don’t work at McDonald’s but don’t be a miserable customer service representative. If working at McDonald’s is below you and you cannot be nice get another job!

Terrible mcdonalds. They dont have all breakfast drinks available ever. The food is mid compared to other places. It took 15 minutes to make an ice machiato. And they gave just a regular iced coffee.

Last time I was there they scewed my order up about 3 times ,it was the person that was taking orders .I get home to my family and all the fries and burgers all came out of the box they give you. I had one bit and the whole sandwich came apart.The manger was great to me .
