I got all they way home witch is a 15 minute drive just to realize I have a bug on my sandwich and then not to mention we was missing a sandwich I drove back just for them to laugh in my face and point at another employee like they knew what was on the sandwich and then give me an attitude like they was the one about to eat a bug

WORST MCDONALD’S EVER!!! When I walked in last night around 6 pm the seating was not cleaned and had crashed in crumbs everywhere!! Next, the entire place was filled with teenagers throwing trash around. Last, my son’s chicken nugget happy meal didn’t come with the toy or drink. When I showed one of the workers I was missing a drink and toy he said he would get his manager. The manager never came, thats when I left horrible place to go to if I could give 0 stars believe me I would.

I ordered online and sat in the parking spot for 30 minutes waiting for a small order. This was mid afternoon on a Thursday…so not even at a busy time. I could have gone to a restaurant, been seated, served, eaten and left in that amount of time. I ended up leaving without the order. I figured after 3 years of avoiding this location, they would have gotten their act together. It hasn’t changed. This is one of the worst McDonalds around. Absolutely atrocious.

Failed to provide the chocolate milk that was ordered for two happy meals. Ruined the experience for my two young children resulting in frowns and tears. We do not eat fast food often and this was the treat they selected following a big achievement. It’s a shame because other than a considerable wait after ordering well ahead, the rest of the food was fine. Support says to call the store to remedy, but it just rings and rings and rings for about 5 minutes before disconnecting each time. McDonald’s corporate needs a better process for this if their stores fail to comply, it’s certainly not this difficult at other chains. You all can reach out to me if you’d like to make it right, otherwise we will have our special meals elsewhere.

So for breakfast now they charge extra for orange juice for some reason. I was told only soft drinks are included with combos. Which is weird because the Mc Donald’s on east lake has orange juice and doesn’t charge extra

Something has been missing from my order the last two times I’ve been here. I ordered a couple burgers and two happy meal with absolutely no modifications or anything fancy. When I got home, I opened it and to my surprise they included everything in the happy meal BESIDES the actual meal part (nuggets). I’m not sure how they could include a toy, fries and apples but completely forget to include the nuggets..kind of ridiculous. I put in a complaint with customer service online and have not heard back. Horrible customer service.

So fresh and hot! Got a double hamburger and the burger and bun were really fresh and hot, the fries, too! Also got a tasty apple pie! The drive thru was very fast!
