Place looks new and nice on inside but super crammed and not a ton of seating. Ordered a reg mccrispy, two doubles, mccrispy was wrong. The one lady barely spoke English. Took a while to get my food and then a little to get my correct sandwich. Gonna have to go for 2 stars 1/3 of order incorrect and the other two things were the same thing.

Most unfriendly miserable people work here. “You using the app? No? Gimme yo order” at the speaker. Get to the cashier windows where I say “hello and good morning” again, in which the response is my total and if I want me receipt. At the pick up window, no words exchanged the lady just swung the bag out the window.

I mean come on McDonalds! Look at this, weird old dark nuggets that were more oily than their fryer. Don’t even get me started on the sandwich! Thing was dark and sad. There was some hair in my fries, oh did I mention? They were unsalted. My burger was unwrapped too. Overall just awful experience. Do better!

It’s usually better service but today was seriously bad. My iced coffee was not mixed at all and they had forgot my sweet tea with my meal, I had to park and go inside for my drink and the sweet tea was so sugary I could NOT drink it. I had come by ordering on the mobile app because I was on a small lunch break. My food took so long I spent my entire break waiting in my car for it. I’m a bit disappointed. It’s usually a 5 star place. I hope next time is better.

One lady working in drive through and front was really nice, but we were the only people in the place and we waited almost 5 mins for service. The quarter pounder was pink inside, and the smokehouse double was missing a few basic items. Manager handled one sandwhich but the quarter pounder was disgusting second time around. An overall poor experience and if I come back to the area I will not come again.
