Service was fine, food took about 5-10 mins to come out and the forgot my drink at first but…I guess that’s McDonald’s standard. Big Mac had more lettuce in box then in burger and pickle was literally outside the burger come on guys. All around burgers were decent. Stained ceiling tiles and mopping next to your feet but I guess it’s good they are cleaning. Three stars, mediocre, aka McDonald’s.

I honestly can’t believe how terrible my experience was at this McDonald’s. I was completely ignored and treated with zero respect. The staff seemed to go out of their way to avoid helping me — they deliberately ignored me while serving others who came after me. I waited far longer than anyone should have to for something as simple as placing an order. When I finally tried to ask for help, they acted like I wasn’t even there.
What made it worse is that I actually have photos and videos showing how rude and careless the employees were. It’s shocking to see people with such an unprofessional, disrespectful attitude working under the McDonald’s brand. These employees clearly have no training, no manners, and no sense of responsibility toward their job or customers.
I’ve always thought McDonald’s represented consistency and basic respect for customers, but this location completely ruined that image for me. It’s a disgrace to the brand and a total failure in management. I walked out feeling humiliated, frustrated, and deeply disappointed. It’s sad when you pay for food and end up feeling worthless and disrespected in return.
McDonald’s should seriously review this store and the staff behavior because experiences like this make people lose faith in the entire brand. After this, I honestly feel disgusted even thinking about going back to any McDonald’s again.

The employees have always treated me good for years, but they have to take a stand.
Allowing all these homeless people to be sleeping inside all day long is ridiculous. They are slobbering on tables and it’s unsanitary. Most of them don’t even make a purchase at all. I’m a PAYING customer and expect better.

Good experience! My order was fresh, the fries were hot, and the staff were friendly. It took a few extra minutes to get the food, but everything tasted great.

Went into the drive-through to order my food as I left I got on the road. I checked my bag to make sure I had everything and it was missing a sandwich so I turned around went back and asked for my sandwich. They had disgusted looks annoying looks at me because I requested for my food so now that I get home and I go to eat my food. My chicken sandwich is raw literal raw chicken

The way that these individuals treat the DoorDash workers is unacceptable.They purposely ignore the drivers when the order is ready.I’m always polite and respectful and ask nicely fir my order and they act like they don’t hear me.And then I get a lot of complaints from the customers because they’re order is late.Can you please correct this matter thanks.

This McDonald’s location in Clifton Heights has very professional staff members that care about customers wait times. This store has a low wait time for food. Maybe the fastest in the area. Keep up the good work

Respectable and clean. Tables are clean not dried up juice and food debris on the table and chairs everywhere out of position haha . Other McDonald’s have that pitiful issue. ( they need to be under new management). Very orderly clean McDonald’s. I heard this restaurant is number 1 amongst other McDonald’s in the area , so this is the best McDonald’s in the Philadelphia metropolitan area. Very good food. A role model for others poorly managed. Nice.Also what’s funny is there’s other fast food locations very close by but they don’t cars rapped around their restaurant at night so I think that’s evidence of good food too. I don’t mean to undermine the other restaurant but that’s just my observation. I saw that this night. I did it was strange . They had like 0 cars in drive through.

Came here about a week ago because my boyfriend and I were in the area. It is a very nice McDonald’s which is kind of a surprise since it is in a pretty busy area. The service was very quick and efficient, our food came out pretty quick which is good and the food was also hot and fresh. Would definitely come back again in the future.
