Best McDonald’s I’ve ever been to in the United States as a loyal customer. The bathrooms are very clean for a fast food restaurant and the service is kind and quick. The nuggets were juicy as well. Only suggestion is that it was a bit cold and the air conditioning was excessive. This McDonald’s is really the best you’re gonna get and very well run. Hands to all the staff and whoever the manager may be.

They are way too slow. I saw that I’m not the only one complaining because a man in the drive-thru complained that it took them more than 20 minutes to give him his food, and I’ve been waiting for 30 minutes. They are making other people’s food and I’m still waiting for mine.
They need to organize better because there are people doing almost nothing while in the kitchen only 3 people are working when it’s super busy. This is not a McDonald’s the way it should be: fast, teamwork.
Thanks for making me wait more than half an hour for my food. I didn’t enjoy it.

Drive threw takes to long and after all that my order was still screwed up … the mcchicken says no shredded lettuce and look what I got …. I didnt want to find out the wait inside I gave it to someone esle at home …. a simple order and still cant do it

I recently visited McDonald’s in Bristol Pennsylvania and had a great experience. The cashier was very friendly and made sure my order was correct. I ordered the Big Mac meal and it was really delicious. The dining room and restroom were both clean and well-maintained, which made my visit more enjoyable. Additionally, there was plenty of parking available which was convenient. Overall, I highly recommend this McDonald’s location for anyone looking for a tasty meal, friendly service, and a clean dining experience.

Nothing like drinking your coffee only to choke on paper coming up your straw! Absolutely disgusting! I will be putting a complaint in with the health department! How what seems to be a sta wrapper even ended up on my coffee is concerning!

don’t bother adding or removing anything from your meal since they never seem to get it right no matter the time of day. missing all of the additions on my order and all the condiments (which all cost extra on the app.) ordered ahead of time on the app and arrived 20 later to find they haven’t made anything yet, and not to mention the horrible presentation.
edit- this mcdonald’s location is ONLY worth visiting if the owners, the Nelsons, are on sight. any other time the service is poor.

I go in and ask for sweet and sour sauce cause they forgot to give them time with my nuggets and I politely asked could I have 2 sweet and sour sauce and the manager goes “ I can give u one “ I guess times are really that hard that McDonald’s can’t spare 2 sides of dipping sauce and she basically threw in my hand and walked away

I order two kids meals and two Double cheeseburgers with Mac Sauce and I they didn’t put the sauce in the burger and my kids meal on of them had two Bottom buns like what going on and my fries were saggy every Unacceptable and not Professional!!

Shout out to Dave and Moses for their amazing service!
Before visiting, I called to ask which number Happy Meal toys they were giving out, and Dave answered the phone. He was friendly and happy to help, which already made a great first impression.
When we arrived, I saw someone in a blue shirt—different from the usual McDonald’s uniform—mopping the floor. I believe it was Dave again, likely the store manager. It was impressive to see a manager stepping up to do the cleaning himself instead of just directing others. That kind of hands-on leadership really deserves recognition.
At the counter, Moses greeted us with the same cheerful and helpful attitude. Just like Dave on the phone, Moses made sure we were taken care of and made the whole experience feel welcoming.
Although this location doesn’t have a play place, the Happy Meals are the best-priced in the area, which is great for families.
Big thanks to both Dave and Moses for going above and beyond—you made our visit a great one!
