This location is usually good for a McDonald’s other than the average wait time seeming to be a bit longer than others even with similar through traffic.
Today I experienced something I have never dealt with at a McDonald’s. When I come to this location, it tends to be early morning close to open for a coffee and possibly a breakfast sandwich. At 5:09am I had shown up and tried the door. Nothing!! No one was there. The lights were on due to them being automatic on at 5am. Well maybe they are running behind since there was snow last night. Yet none on the ground.
Well I finished up my things to do at around 6am, hadn’t grabbed a coffee elsewhere at that point so decided, “they must be open now obviously” it’s been an hour. At 6:22 I made it to this location again.
Lights on, cars in drive thru, but still not open.
And I don’t mean the door was just still locked. Nope the people going through the drive thru weren’t even getting an answer and saw no one inside. I’m not even sure if they have opened at this point since it’s 3:55pm but wow. No communication, no way to contact properly.
Does truly effect me but can you imagine if someone did a mobile order, goes to pick it up and boom, they’re closed? They now just wasted their time and have to get their money refunded. Poor management and communication for a situation like this

I ordered from this establishment tonight to NOT ONLY get hard iced cold fries, a hard mcchicken but also get and undercooked bloody sloppy quarter pounder. I then called to speak to a manager and was rudely told “they can’t help me”. This is absolutely outrageous

Like any other McDonald’s. Only “issue” I had was the time it took to receive the food. I put the word issue in quotations due to it seemed a tad busier than usually possibly so I want to be fair and I also try to always be patient and understanding. Usually food is fairly quick but their have been a few times inside it took a while. If you want it fast go to the drive thru. Otherwise a good McDonald’s

I waited 20 minutes at the window to get my food. I put through a mobile order and was the first to arrive there, so you’d think I’d wait 5, maybe 10 minutes tops. But nope, a big fat 20 minutes. And my fries were not salted at all. Safe to say, I will not be ordering at this location again :/ (2/5 stars)

Went again on 2-19. Rookie mistake. This time, I ordered 2 mcflurries; one shamrock one with m&ms, one regular with oreos and carmel sauce. Objectively, not that difficult. I receive the shamrock one, which had oreos in it. I corrected them and they had me wait for my fixed one and my regular one. I. Was. In. Line. for. 25. Minutes. For ONLY TWO mcflurries. And they still managed to mess up the SAME mcflurry. I wish the app had a blocked or banned list for specific locations, bc I don’t want to come here ever again. (down to 1/5 stars, preferably 0.5/5 stars)

We liked the behavior of customer assistant named Jenny she was helpfull with explaining the menu and even when we ordered breakfast plater we were not sure about the looks of pancake (below pancake was soggy) she managed to replace it tooo, thankful for your kind behavior please keep it up

I just was there and ordered a Double Quarter Pounder and 10 piece nugget. I got to work and found I was given a six piece and a plain double cheeseburger. Not what I ordered. I get it gets busy and stressful, but pay attention to what your putting out. I’ll just eat the 3 or 4 bucks I was overcharged for the wrong food I guess. No big loss.

They used to care a year ago, but now it’s very bad quality. No one is answering the drive thru, the employee is hiding out and watching his phone instead of taking orders on drive thru. The burger meat is so dry and cold. The nuggets have been sitting out for a while as well.
