Staff here generally mess up orders. Not the best listeners. Get the soda partly filled and can’t tell you how many times there was no ketchup or the order was incorrect from what I ordered. Not all the staff are the same for course. Lately, during the day things go smoothly. There seems to be more issues at night. I think it has a lot of potential as I’ve never met rude staff. I just think some.
Need more training and support. They can do better! I hope they do! fast food service isn’t easy by any means. I’m sure they’re super busy. I would just love to see them meet their potential

Ordered with door dash. Ordered correct, label is correct, burger has no onion and 2 pickles. This order has come this way every time I’ve ordered. This store is completely incompetent when it comes to making a correct order. I’ve turned it into a game of what will my order will actually contain just to see If I can guess what part of the label they’re going to follow

It’s 9:45 on a Friday night and the doors are locked. Dining hours show they aren’t supposed to close until 10:00.

This place is absolutely the most expensive mcdonald’s.I’ve ever been with.It is privately owned and charges.You for every little thing, unlike corporate mcdonald’s.Instead of getting their chemically dipped, plastic packaged apples, they will allow you to get extra fries.This place charges, you twenty cents for extra fries. The food is worse.The atmosphere is horrible.You got employees screaming back and forth to other employees about work schedules.They are extremely unprofessional. You’re definitely better off hitting the taco.Bell or the wendy’s down the street

One of the nicer McDonalds I’ve been to. The interior is as nicely appointed and very clean. The fixtures were modern and of very good taste. The bathrooms were clean as well. Food came out as ordered and in a timely manner.

We usually use the drive through. It is super quick and the staff is friendly and polite. We use the app. To order. I love that we get points to spend on free food.

I feel the kiosks were designed for those under 30 yo and with lots of spare time. But the manager stepped in and took order at counter (much more efficient for occasional diners, IMHO). Food was as good as expected.
