Attached is a photo of the first one right out of the wrapper, second is how they were both wrapped. Very unhappy with having practically open food just tossed in a bag.
Edited to add (12/11/2025): went in there again, ordered on the kiosk and made changes to a meal, which were clearly labeled on the receipt, some costing extra money to change, and they were all made incorrectly. Staff claimed within less than a minute that they were out of breakfast sauce, upon a complaint directly to the manager, they managed to magically have sauce…? Staff was rude about the situation when it was listed correctly on the receipts but prepared improperly.

Over all good experience. My kids had fun and enjoyed the food. They did forget my chicken sandwich but quickly rectified the situation. It was clean and well kept, food was hot and on point. Staff was great the cashier was excellent and went above and beyond. Thank you McDonald’s!! Thumbs up!!

Ordered DoorDash from them. Usually I don’t have issues. But today? I was FURIOUS! My nuggets were cold and stale, we didn’t get any straws, and my drink didn’t even have ice. We didn’t receive fries. Everything was just kind of thrown together. This is uncalled for. Then I called them and they said “I don’t know what to tell you.” It is YOUR job to make sure people have what they paid for. Do better.

Order accuracy is consistently a problem here. Every single visit, something is wrong — missing items, incorrect items, or substitutions we didn’t ask for. This isn’t because we’re placing complicated orders. We’re ordering for two people: two meals, two drinks. Somehow, that still seems to be a challenge.
We don’t come often, but every few weeks we give this location another try, hoping maybe this time will be different. It never is. Checking the bag has become less of a precaution and more of a requirement, which defeats the entire purpose of fast food.
After enough chances and the same outcome every time, it’s just consistently disappointing.
You’re better off going to Wendy’s down the street.

We ordered food tonight and this is what I get. I’m normally not the one to complain but this is ridiculous. First off I ordered a McDouble (no onion, no pickle) And I receive this. One patty when it’s suppose to be a McDouble. I get things happen but this is horrible customer service!

Food quality has certainly gone downhill!! Used to love their fish burgers, but not anymore!!! Take a look at my fish sandwich, dry bun, dry fish burger, 1/2 slice of cheese!!! REALLY??? So awful, absolutely won’t be ordering from here again. Sure wasn’t expecting 5 star meal, after all it is McDonald’s!! But seriously, you can’t blame Covid issue for bad food quality. So disappointing!!!

Received a dirty rag in my chicken nugget box. I ordered from DoorDash and the bag was completely sealed when I received my order so not their fault. This was done intentionally the chicken nugget box was closed like it normally would be and the rag was too neatly put in the box for it to be an accident. And no I didn’t put the rag in the box myself I was looking forward to nuggets :(. See the photos for yourself but I wouldn’t recommend ordering from here. Hopefully something will be done about this I contacted the store no one answered so I left a voicemail and DoorDash will supposedly be contacting them as well.
