Was in today with my aid. We stop here often. Get the same meals each time. Ordered 2 $6 McDouble meals. 1 regular and 1 with the burger plain. Because of the consistency of errors I always have my aid count what’s in the bag. Should be 2 burgers, 2 nuggets and 2 ff plus the drinks. We don’t open each item cuz we don’t want to hold up the line. Got home. My aid said my wrapped burger looked small. I opened it and it was a plain single hamburger. You forgot the other burger that makes it a mcdouble. Then I realized you didn’t even put the cheese on it. I have photos of the burger, receipt and the printout on the burger. It was ordered correctly. Both receipts said 1 was to be plain, cheese only. In the last 3 hours I tried calling 4 times with no answer. Do your managers not answer their phone? I WOULD LIKE A REFUND ON THE MESSED UP ORDER. BTW…. had you answered the phone I wouldn’t have given a review. I understand human error. But the fact you don’t even answer the phone pushed your incompetence too far.

I usually order ahead on the app, and sometimes I even place two separate orders — but that’s not really the point. I wanted to leave this review because of one employee who works the afternoon/evening shift handing out orders. I don’t actually know his name, but he’s a younger guy who’s usually up front giving out orders. I don’t think he’s a manager — I think he’s just a regular employee — but I’m pretty sure the team will know exactly who I’m talking about. He is honestly the best.

First, I want to say I’ve always had great experiences with the employees at the 1414 Tillman Street location. Everyone there has always been friendly and helpful. But this particular employee truly takes things to another level.

Every time I walk in, I don’t even have to say anything. He recognizes me immediately — I’m honestly not even sure if it’s by my name on the bag, my usual order, or just my face — but he always knows it’s me. Even if I’m in the middle of talking to someone, he’ll politely say “excuse me,” come right over, and hand me my order. Then when my second order is ready, he’ll either hand it to me personally or bring it over to my table. He really goes out of his way every single time. He absolutely doesn’t have to do all that, but he still does, and it shows how much he cares about doing his job well.

What really stands out is how much easier he makes my day. I’m never standing there for 20 minutes wondering what’s going on or waiting for my food. I walk in, and not even a minute goes by before I already have it in my hands. I don’t have to say anything, check the screen, or even look for my order — he’s already on it. That level of attentiveness is honestly awesome, and I love it.

I’m not there constantly — maybe a couple times a week, sometimes more, sometimes less — but he is consistently on point every single time without fail. He’s always kind, professional, and attentive, and he truly sets the standard for what great customer service should look like.

On top of that, my food is always hot, fresh, and correct. It’s clear he takes pride in what he does, and I honestly think he deserves real recognition for how exceptional he is. He’s the best for real, and he absolutely deserves a raise.

If I could give this McDonald’s a zero, I would. I went here after work to get food; drove a half hour because it was the only spot to get food. Absolutely nothing. Systems are down; mobile ordering is the only thing allowed. Do better.

I live about two blocks from this location and visit once or twice a week. Unfortunately, almost every visit over the past few months has resulted in my order being incorrect or the food quality being extremely poor.

I regularly order a Double Quarter Pounder, and more often than not I’m given a single instead. On my most recent visit, the burger both looked and tasted like it had been sitting out for hours before being served.

It’s frustrating because this location is so convenient to my home, but the consistent mistakes and lack of quality have made it to the point where I’d rather drive to a farther location just to receive the correct order and fresh food.

I don’t typically leave reviews, so when I do it’s because the experience has been consistently great or consistently bad. Unfortunately, my experiences at this location over the last few months have been consistently disappointing.

I would like for a change to leave a positive review at a restaurant, but my reviews are honest though. Snack wrap where? You basically paying for a tortilla at the same price for a pack at the store. Barely no lettuce or sauce to the point where the cheese stands out, and that’s slim too. McDonald please take the memo from Popeyes or maybe use Tyson chicken strips instead of that new mess. That’s not the OG selects. Downgrade the price please.

So my son just told me he supposed to have lettuce, tomatoes and bacon on his chicken sandwich.He say all he got was two bottom buns and little sauce of depression.He say they definitely hate their job and no love in his burger

I don’t recommend this place.
I ordered a sausage bagel meal with a caramel frappe with 2 shots of espresso and if I haven’t overheard them say ‘no espresso cause the machine is down’ they would’ve essentially stolen $3.58 from me. Plus the sausage bagel ended up being a bacon bagel. They weren’t even that busy to have made the mistakes that mistake and if I hadn’t brought up the espresso situation they would’ve let me walk out with a completely different order than what I paid for. I don’t see what they would’ve gained from not telling me directly that the machine was down, them they couldn’t give me a refund cause the worker lost their code so I got pancakes to make up for the $3 discrepancy

To start, the drive-through worker was horrific, yelling and banging on the table, and the screen stated, ‘It’s hectic here; it’s not your fault,’ but continued to be rude upon being asked if it’s not our fault why are you being rude to us. Didn’t even share his name skinny long grey and black hair Hispanic man. On top of giving us half our food cold I just don’t understand. Really chose a better career path if you hate your job and need to choose to be nasty to folks because of your own misery. Not to mention my wife being pregnant and emotional in the car crying because this man done frustrated and ruined her night after just wanting to grab something to eat, can you say emotional distress? I think so. I will be taking this further you don’t treat people like this.

i door dashed my food when i called the door dasher i heard through the line that they was giving my dasher a hard time being disrespectful and refusing to hand the food to him the once i got my food it was cold i had no straws in the bag and no spoons it’s diabolical how fast food places can be like even i work at a fast food this and we never treat customers like this. they need new respectful workers asap.

I understand how stressful it can be to work at a fast food place, but simple mistakes like this makes me think the workers here are incompetent and slow.

I ordered here through delivery, a 10 piece chicken nugget meal. When my order arrived the fries, napkins, ketchup and straw were missing. I clearly ordered the full meal which includes the sauce and fries but these workers did not put any of those things.

I know it wasn’t the driver who stole it because when they gave me my order, the bag was sealed completely so no indication of that.

I get that it can be busy, but you think it’s acceptable to put 2 out of the 4 things I ordered and send me an empty bag? Not being able to put 4 things in a bag is beyond me. This place needs to do better.
