I came here just to get something quick and small for my sisters and I, and the manager came over and gave my little sister a toy that usually goes into the happy meal(which we did not get). It made her day and he was so sweet, even came over and asked what she got. He is the reason coming to McDonald’s can be fun and enjoyable!

How can you mess this up? Double Bacon Quarter Pounder with cheese labeled on the front no ketchup and no bun, but you forget the bacon. Come on. This is basic, “I don’t care”. Managers get on your team make sure they are following quality standards. I worked at Pizza Hut in the 90s and managers would be on us constantly for quality. Every time I order from this place they mess something up. It’s basic following directions.

I placed an order here and went through the drive-thru to pick it up. After paying, I was asked to wait at the third window. While I didn’t mind waiting, I was really disappointed when I got home and opened the bag — the bun on my McCrispy sandwich was clearly burnt.
It’s frustrating to pay for a meal and receive food that isn’t up to standard. The sandwich should never have been served in that condition. I hope the store pays closer attention to quality control in the future.

These losers expect more than minimum wage when they can’t even assemble a freaking sandwich? You put in the order on the app 10 minutes before you get there, lie to the app and say you’re already there, and still wait 10 minutes for your sandwich. It was a single quarter pounder and it was absolutely covered in ketchup, whoever served this should be absolutely ashamed of themselves.

Amazing is an understatement! This is the McDonald’s that makes you question your standards when it comes to fast food. I ordered a take out from here about 4 times now and it’s always the same fresh, juicy, and tastey items. They also pay good attention to order detail. I ordered a fry without salt to test their accuracy and they got it right.
The food quality is impeccable. I was shocked at how different this McDonald’s tastes from other locations. Everything tastes so fresh and made. And their chicken actually tastes like chicken. Absolutely deserving of 5 stars!

The staff is rude and very unprofessional. They take 50 years to give you a cup on a Monday when its not busy. Its also very unhygienic there. Im sorry but I could smell the cashiers BO from the other side of the counter. Please teach your employees hygiene.

The General manager here I believe his name is Matt does a great job with his Team A young lady I work with works here and was upset and crying Matt observed this and identified her emotion and addressed the issue professionally and helped her to feel better Also the restaurant is always clean and seems like a great team of workers here they don’t know but client has a learning disability and they do great with her and they help her to feel like a part of the team!!
