Dayshift manager does not seem to care at all that he clicked my DoorDash order was ready, when he clearly hadn’t even started bagging it yet. This takes off my time and my approval ratings. He should be demoted, and find someone who cares about the customer to replace him. There are plenty of fine workers at that place who do care, but that guy, could care less who was in there and why they were there

My hometown McDonald’s is the BEST! I will Make sure I drive all the way back home if I want McDonald’s. Top tier employees, service and always 10/10 with orders! Crispiest cokes, and always so generous with the little things like sauces, etc. Very clean restaurant, and great manager! Always in the restaurant working hard and running a fantastic team!

I recently visited this McDonald’s, and overall, it was a great experience! The service was quick, and the staff was friendly. My order was accurate, and the food was hot and fresh. The fries were crispy, and the burger was well-made.
The only reason I’m giving four stars instead of five is that while I was eating at a table and employe was cleaning the table next to me and almost squirted the cleaner on my food
Other wise Would recommend if you’re looking for a quick and tasty meal.

It doesn’t matter if you put your order in through the app 45 minutes before showing up. You STILL are forced to wait unreasonable times for SIMPLE orders!!!!! A small shake, 10 PC Nuggets and double cheeseburger. Put your phones down and learn to do your job. The store was DEAD and you made Me late!

Rude customer service by Manager, Tony if that’s his real name. I placed an order online and the line was so long that by the time I got to the window about 5-6 minutes had passed. When I finally got to the window, I was handed the soda and told to wait for the food. Another 5 minutes or so went by and the manager and the worker at the window were talking, so I waived them down and asked how much longer, they looked at each other in confusion because they thought I had my food. I showed them the drink and the receipt, and the manager “Tony” said that the receipt was over 10 minutes ago and apparently the order had been cleared from the screen. When I tried to explain that is how long I had been waiting he cut me off in mid-sentence saying it was not that serious and shut the window while I while still talking. He finally found my order at a counter near the window and hands it to me and again closes the window with no care. I left for the sake of time and for the customers in line behind me. But my food was cold, and fries were soggy which is series because I paid for it. Rude, dismissive and poor management by Toni.

This is for mrs hulaymatoa bah. ive been going to this place for YEARS. i love the food, however, around a weekish ago, i came through drive thro and got 2, 2 jr cheese burger meals, one was no salt on the fries since my gf was sick. as a fast food worker, yeah i get a bit annoyed too when ppl order no salt, but this girls reaction was just unnecessary. we got to the window, and she handed out my milkshake. she didnt even TRY to close the lid, it spilled all over my cup holder and the seats. so we went back around and asked for napkins cause it spilled, and when we got to the window, she opened the window, didnt look at us or say nothing. no sorry or anything. straight up rude.
