We’ve ordered food from here a few times through the drive thru, and as much as I would like to leave a bad review for a McDonald’s, I just can’t for this place. Our service here has always been good if not great.

This location is pretty terrible.The waits always long… a few times we just left and went to the wind gap location instead. However this past Thursday I waited for 15 minutes with one person in front of me when I got up to the window all I saw were employees standing around goofing off, and the girl at the window on FaceTime the entire time with some dude playing video games… She was ignoring the window and talking to him, she then propped her phone up near the register while still on the phone with this guy!!! I was in disbelief so I snapped a picture of it… I think they need a revamp of employees

Good. Definitely a recurring theme for the golden arches to lay right on top of a wasteland. An oasis. Food took a while to get even with mobile order, but that’s okay. They’re busy.

Forgot my sauces, grimace milkshake tasted like vanilla because they barely added any flavor to it. Sat there forever waiting for my shakes cause guy forgot. Fries were nice and hot though.

Almost always extremely slow drive thru, and not due to an abundance of customers. Sometimes drive thru will not move at all for 5 minutes. And at night, is hit or miss whether anyone will even take your order. Staff is pleasant enough, but they are either very slow or very understaffed.

Awful place. The food is terrible. The prices are 10-15% more expensive than other nearby locations. The workers have terrible attitudes and do lots of unsanitary things. It’s amazing more people don’t get sick. I’d give it 0 stars if I could. AVOID!!!

This is the worst McDonald’s in the world. I order a cheeseburger, I get 15+ pickles on it. I drive out late at night to grab a large fry before bed. I get home and sure enough it’s a value menu size fries. Even though they have been subpar for years, I give it another try. I figured I’ll just get a large fry how can they mess that up. I just left there now the wettest soggiest nastiest fries ever. Fix this now. It’s our only fast food in forks this is pathetic.

Waited 25 min in drive thru line with barely anyone in line, only to find out they were out of what we wanted to order. No “I’m sorry for the wait.” No “thank you for your patience.” Nothing. And the person was rude when he came on the speaker.
