My concaved burger was a little stiff I won’t lie. Service was fine I guess, really you don’t experience much service nowadays cause of kiosk and everything. But for the most part decent experience, besides the burger being compressed.

I had a horrible experience tonight 12/13 at this location. I don’t eat Mcdonald’s often, but this location is bad. Besides the workers being on their foods and not greeting anyone at the drive through. this was what my burger looked like. Burgers are now priced at about $10, and for that I got this. Would not recommend.

2025: Dined inside at this location. It was very beautifully remodeled with a lot of custom landscaping that was very Zen. I am not a big McDonald’s person, but might go once or twice a year. Would definitely recommend this one for the design and atmosphere. They actually have a sign that says to eat in 30 minutes or else you will be considered loitering and asked to leave! Yikes!
My two stars in service is not because it was bad, but because by and large it was non existent. No one was banning the checkout and there were kiosks to order. I sat and ordered from my phone. They did have table delivery which I used, but 90% of customers just picked up mobile orders themselves when they were ready and staged.

McBad, I prefere not to eat in the car…but i guess I have to just so i dont get all the way home to find…now burger is in the trash and im cooking past 9pm… service in the valley is pretty inconsistent to bad…I dont know why I even bother with fast food anymore…

This is one of the prettiest, most modern, and cleanest McDonald’s we’ve been to. As soon as you pull into the parking lot, you see a beautiful waterfall by the entrance of the building. I went in and placed my order on a kiosk. I noticed a family come in, and a little boy went running to a monitor. It looked like they had monitors set up where kids could play games.
My order was fresh and piping hot. It was my first time trying their hot chocolate with whole milk. It was so good. It was just what I needed to warm me up this cold morning. Hashbrowns were perfectly cooked and crunchy. Every time I went to the pick-up window, the lady came right away and asked if I needed anything. She was super nice and helpful. Most McDonald’s I go to, the people just ignore you and make you go to the kiosk. They call your number and leave it right away, so you can’t ask for ketchup or napkins. This place is the exact opposite. The lady genuinely meant it when she asked, ” What’d you need, hon?” It’s nice to know there are still places like this. You can go to some places and look at them, and just see how they don’t want to be there or get paid to do nothing. I highly recommend this McDonald’s. The only thing they were missing was biscuits and gravy.

Very friendly staff, I was impressed with the quality of service.
I had a Big Mac Meal, but forgot to take a picture. I was distracted by the nice way they decorated the inside. All the areas were very clean. The ladies room was neat.
Even the trash cans were beautiful ❤️
They have an Area for the kiddos to play cool video games.
My meal was delicious. It had just the right amount of sauce on my sandwich. My French fries were perfectly made- very warm and crunchy with just the right amount of salt.
To drink I had an Orange Fanta.
The outdoor Area was equally delightful. They even have a nice water feature to get you in a peaceful mood.

Sitting here 25 minutes for food and there was no one in the store unreal I don’t know if ownership changed no Wi-Fi last time I’m coming in here And at least 5 people walked out but they weren’t getting any service 3 people working that I can see what a joke never again no need to talk to customer service highway to 25 minute shameful Definitely not the workers fault they were set up for failure when not having enough help good job you just lost a $300 a month customer.

Just went in to place order to go. Fries were cold, and my ice cream was half filled. Had to tell worker (whenever they came around to the counter) to fill it up. I paid full price, I want the full ice cream. Ice tea is not as good as it use to be. Get home, no straw, spoon or napkins. Glad I have that at home. They can redo the outside all they want on these McDonald’s but until they train these kids properly, the chain will not do as well as they expect.

This used to be the best McDonald’s around. Went here for about 20 years. That last two have been a disaster. Long wait times, staff looking at their phones instead of processing orders. Simply all downhill.
