We stopped here on our way through back to New York. The restroom was adequate enough, nothing spectacular but felt like it needed a deep cleaning. I ordered on the screen, because no one at the counter seemed to want to help me. While waiting for our order, I heard two employees COMPLAINING about the number of Shamrock shakes that they’ve had to make this weekend. He was like ‘We’re not Dairy Queen…we have food!’. So…as usual, this was another McDonalds visit that I was not impressed with. I’m about to delete my McDonald’s app and stop visiting the chain.

Very dirty. Bathrooms are super gross. Toilet paper was on the floor? No drinks were available. Also, didnt have the grinch meal as advertised. Any order over $50 needs a manager? Like I have a family of 8? This McDonald’s used to be the cleanest and had the best service….not anymore.

If I could give zero stars I would. Always short staffed and they don’t keep ketchup out for customers. After waiting 5 minutes for ketchup an employee will give you WHAT THEY ARE ALLOWED TO GIVE YOU. Cheapest franchisers of all time. I will not be back. If you’re pinching pennies on ketchup maybe shut the dang place down because clearly you don’t know how to run a restaurant.

I ordered a meal for pickup in drive thru 10 minutes before showing up. I get there and the drive thru wraps the building for how long it was. I go inside thinking since it’s paid for I should be allowed to just take it. That was a fat no, I was told I have to change my pick up on the app but when the manager and I saw it wouldn’t since I was there already. He said I have to sit in the drive thru behind about 10 people with their “Fast” service with 5 or cancel the order and lose my free fry Friday deal. I had 5 minutes to get in and out but I wasted it with incompetence and now I nolonger have my Friday Fry deal. If you go here just order there but if it’s busy don’t try. You’ll waste more time then you have

Every time I come here I get the same coffee order and it’s a different price every time which is weird to me. Some of the workers seem like they don’t wanna be there and forget half the stuff you order. They also seem to get irritated when you tell them they forgot something in your order. This place has really gone downhill since the mall closed.

I originally came to this area to see the roadside attraction of the Twisted Arch, but this McDonalds turned out to be a perfect spot to stop during our road trip. The bathrooms were clean. The inside dinning did not seem to be open when I visited, but we were ok with eating outside anyway.

We got a steak egg and cheese bagel and a bacon egg and cheese biscuit. The bacon could have been done a bit more (I dont care for mushy bacon) and less grease in the hash brown potatos but both sandwiches were very good.

I used a gift card and they only used 7$ of the gift card then uses the rest of my cash first, when I got the food it was cold, I waited for 20+ mins for my food for the bun to not be toasted and the burgers to taste like they were an hour old I would not recommend this mcdinalds
