Not a good mcdonalds mainly bc of service. If not for playplace, would never return. Some younger employees are miserable and have no manners. Too lazy to walk food to table for table service. Waited 10 mins then walked to ask about order and there it sat. Out of sweet tea. Asked for sugar. Acted like I was bothering her. Then just gave it to me and walked away. No communication or smile…etc. Playplace is nice but often dirty as you never see anyone cleaning tables or in there at all. Shame but also not surprised. Wish i could leave a better review.

Don’t waste your money!!!! Absolutely one of the worst meals we have ever had the burgers were cold the fries were raw the chicken stripes still cold in the middle. A total waste of 40.00 christ i thnk the burgers and fries at sheezts would of been a much better choice. If I could give a zero rating I would hands down the worst McDonald’s in the area we will never return a total waste of time and money.

I always go through the drive thru throughout the week in the mornings to get my iced coffee. And this same guy and girl are always there and always treat me with respect, they both have me recognized at this point and they always say hit to me. Best people I’ve ever talked to at a fast food place!! Lady with glasses and a guy that wears a hat that serves me my coffee!!!

Super clean inside food was amazing every employee had a smile on their faces and again I couldn’t believe how clean it was i usually hate sitting inside to eat because it’s almost always nasty inside them! Great jobs yall.

The app glitched and I accidentally put in 2 orders (wasn’t informed of the first order) and the manger on duty helped me sort it out! Much love to the manager and employees working today for helping me out and being patient I wish all of them a wonderful day and year! Parking also wasn’t hard to find during our vist (around 1:15-1:30 pm)

Food was as expected. Order was correct. We used the in store kiosk. My complaint is the cleanliness. We brought the kids to use the play area while eating and there wasn’t a clean table. The floors were covered in garbage and food. It seems to get more dirty with each visit. By far the dirtiest I have seen it yet and we had to wipe off our table prior to using it. It wasn’t an issue with lack of employees because it wasn’t busy at 430 in the afternoon. The employees had no issues going outside for breaks in groups up to 4 people at a time. Disappointing…

Live 40 mins away. Kids went to the mountain supply pet shop for me pick up a meal before returning. 6 PC nugget meal only came with 4. My daughter had to wait to get here to open and heartbroken.
Don’t even get me on how they know only come with 1 pickle, now.
Waste of money.
They wanted me to return with the meals for a refund especially with these gas prices!

This McDonald’s has messed up more orders in five years then it’s gotten right ! When I spend 35 to fifty dollars a shot I Atleast want to get all the items it’s been no burgers on buns (6 burgers came that way just ketchup and pickles) to missing one or more items . We stopped going to this location because of this until today . My order was simple chicken nugget happy meal McDonaldland meal and two McDoubles happy meal had no fries and we recieved zero McDoubles fair to say it hasn’t gotten better and we will continue to use other locations
