Ordered food for my name, it got delivered and it’s some Hispanic name I don’t know. Called them 5 times in the span of 1.5h and they have not picked up once unless to hang up immediately. Never got my food so time to tell my friends and family to avoid this place like a plague. My order contained food for whole family and we got a single meal with 2 burgers. Never coming back. Cheers, worst experience of my life.

The main dining area was clean and updated. Service was just ok, the guy brought the food to my table then walked away without the number tent. The men’s room is beyond gross and in need of a total gut job, looks like it was never properly cleaned compared to the rest of the restaurant.

Not going to lie, I really like this McDonald’s and visit pretty often. However, there are two things that bother me quite a bit.
First, I’ve seen cleaning bottles left next to food prep areas on more than one occasion — even with a manager present. That’s just not sanitary.
Second, the dine-in experience could use some attention. The kiosks aren’t my favorite (though I know that’s not the staff’s decision), but what is within control is front counter service. Standing at the counter and being ignored is frustrating. On my last visit, my companion waited a full five minutes without being acknowledged. A simple “we’ll be right with you” would make a big difference.
I want to keep coming back and would love to give five stars someday, but for now I’m leaving three due to these issues.

For the price of a McDonald’s meal i would like to get a full large fry , not a small in a large container. Half of a mcflurry was what i got also . I mean its a simple job and they get paid fairly for a fast food restaurant. Its just unacceptable anymore . Im done with ordering from McDonald’s.

Nuggets were cold and blackened from old oil. Shake wasn’t mixed but they did make another one. Bathrooms accessible and clean. Tables not wiped down, garbage cans full, no one in the dining area so not busy. Drive through looked pretty busy.

They really need to do a deep clean in the men’s room. The stainless steel toilet surround is scuzzy. The walls look like they were wiped with the water from the floor. The electric air dryer sounded like it was eating itself.
Time for a deep cleaning and scrubbing and maybe some new hand dryers. Spend some of that McMoney.

This has to be a joke, closing before 11pm??? On the most major highway going through this region of the country between I80 and Canada? Things were much better in America under Obama, at least places were open and you could buy food back then.

They have really went down hill stopped on my way home to get a French fry and took them over 10 minutes to run it out to my car. They made me park from the drive thru for a singular small fry. Very unorganized. They had 4 cars parked from drive thru waiting in food.

i came here to pick up a doordash and for 2 nights in a row they were very rude to me. i waited 20 minutes for them to actually ask me what i was waiting for. there was nobody in the front to even assist me. i DO NOT recommend this mcdonalds.
