Ordered food around 6:30 on the app and arrived around 7 and now it is 7:36 and still haven’t even seen my cups. Easily the slowest McDonald’s I have ever been too. They need to figure something out. Would give less than one star if possible.

Every time I come to this McDonalds my order is always messed up. At this point I’d rather take the extra time to go to the one in south side. Spent 30 minutes waiting for my order just to be told they lost my order and had to reorder it. This McDonalds needs to desperately work on its organization, I was watching the workers damn near tripping on eachother moving about. Atleast the young lady that was register was really apologetic about it.

They dont offer a Senior discount. Went to the drivethru after a simple surgery for my 70 year old mother to get her a drink and sandwich. I asked about a senior discount and the cashier was rude about it . This location used to be better.

I managed to get a really good deal on a 4-patty bigmac. It only came with 3. It was incredibly good though, and they actually nailed my request for lite bigmac sauce + lite mayo. Seriously, nailed that. So I went in and was like “ik this deal was insane but I did technically pay for 4 patties” and showed him my app and he was very generous about fixing it. I walked out with some nuggs that were just as good as the burger. Like, I didn’t even know the nuggets could come out that good. Weekend evening. Easy 5 stars

This is the worst Mcdonalds in the area. The food is always cold. Some of the younger staff are rude. Two weeks in a row I had to go inside to get medium warm fries instead of stone cold. The next time the order was wrong. Today I placed a mobile which was charged to my credit card but they didn’t have the order. Told me oh it should drop off your card. Had to reorder, got the wrong drink, girl was rude. Asked to pull ahead and wait. They bring me my soda but no food. Had to wait some more. What’s the point of mobile app and drive thru when it still takes forever to get your cold food.

We have gone in the past 2 sat nights for food and drive thru is busy. We go in to order they look at my husband a few times but never come to take order or acknowledge he was even there. Needless to say he won’t be back. Not a good way. To ignore inside customers.

Stopped on way to work to get some hot cakes and sausage. Gave my order and asked for an extra syrup and butter. This was the same order i got Monday. This time it came up 80 cents for the syrup. I asked if he was charging me 40 cents for each. Monday they charged my 40 cent for one because it was extra. He told me that just how it shows up. I told him i don’t think that’s correct. He told me if i want the syrup that’s what it’s gonna be. I drove off. Went to the McDonald’s down the road. They only charges me 20 cents for the one extra syrup. The attitude from the frost drive up was crazy.

This restaurant has gone down hill in the last couple of months..we use to love stopping here on the way back from drs appts in Williamsport and Danville. Yesterday we got 2 Quarter pounders and a happy meal and 3 large fries. The sad thing was, neither of us could eat the fries, as they were very hard, and the burgers were not that good, but we hadn’t eaten most of the day, so we had to eat something to continue home. Very poor service and meals and I spent $32 and some odd cents and woxh I would have saved my money.

It’s becoming a trend, a recurring attack, for people handing out food to spray their toxic vape all over the food. It has happened to me so many times now that I think somebody is suggesting the idea online. I smelled it on the bag and I asked the person at the window about it, and they claimed it was their cologne, but it was nothing like cologne, it was that toxic synthetic chemical vape with the horrible perfume in it. There was so much of that stench all over the bag, they had to have actually taken out their vape and deliberately aimed it all over my food. I walked inside and got somebody to replace the bag of food, but when I ate the new hash brown, it also had this vape on it, because the person from the window had previously touched it, so I only was able to eat a couple bites before I tasted that vape again and threw it away. McD managers are going to seriously have to TAKE AWAY people’s vapes while they are on the job.
