Wow. This had to be the worst experience I have ever encountered at any establishment. Never have I experienced such rude management. Learn to take responsibility for your mistakes and hold your employees accountable. Fries are not that expensive and if a customer ordered a LARGE meal, even if the employee puts the order in incorrectly, you honor that because it is not at the customers disposal. I never had to argue so much with management over correcting my order, let alone FRENCH FRIES. And I will be contacting corporate because this is just absolutely ridiculous. No acknowledgement of COVID as they are also taking back food and beyond rude management – go elsewhere. Burger King is cheaper, has better food, and better staff.

I ordered through drive thru, when I got my meal and Sunday cup, I looked at my ice cream cup and it was completely empty on one side and no where near top, I looked at lady and said ‘what is this? I can’t believe im paying so much for a Sunday that looks like this, I have pictures! She just smiled. She looked like a manager, and didn’t even say ” let me fill that up for you or I’ll get you another one” i was so disappointed. It wasn’t crowded at all.
