If customer service were an Olympic sport, this location would compete in the “creative insult” category. While patiently waiting for my kids’ Happy Meals, I was treated to an employee casually throwing around a slur like it was part of the value menu. Bold strategy.
The food eventually arrived, but the hospitality experience will linger far longer than the fries. If you’re looking for dinner and a side of public humiliation, this is your spot. I, however, will be dining literally anywhere else.

The lady at window 1 in the morning always has an attitude. When having any issues they come across bothered as if it’s something you did. The lady at window 2 in the a.m is always a complete sweetheart and pleasant to deal with completely different from the rest of the place, so it’s a good thing that’s who you see before leaving otherwise it would be a complete bust.

The fries were cold. The burger was dry and flakey … Not a good way. Not juicy at all. I know it’s McDonalds but usually even they have standards.

I ordered mccrispy with no pickle, they gave me with no pickle but I literally tasted the pickle in my first bite that means they put the pickle and realized it is with out pickles , chicken fillet was cold and old . I hate the taste of pickles and ruined my day. My fries was mixed of semi old and very old. Waited for the frappe and that one was good . Not recommended. Horrible

The service I received today was great! (I will say in the past the service wasn’t always what you would hope for.) Hopefully it’s going in the right direction. The food is usually good. One downside, the recent changes they made to the inside I would say wasn’t a upgrade, it seems cold and cut off from the kitchen. (You used to be able to see back into the kitchen more.)

Stop at this mcdonalds drive thru at 940 pm tonighy there was only 2 cars in front of me . 954 still havnt gotten food. The same 2 cars in fron of me still there there . 14 mins drive thru times is crazy . I can only imagine how long the 2 cars waited in front of me. When i worked for mcdonalds 20 years ago this would not fly . Someone would have been fired. What happend to the standards. I left because waiting 15 plus mins for drive thru food is absurd especially when you suppose to have food prepared ahead of time. The qality of this place has gone down hill over the years .
