Quite possibly the worst McDonald’s in Pennsylvania. I have yet to get anything the proper way. Sandwiches look like a legitimate child put them together. How do you miss the sandwich when putting ketchup on it? Fries in bag upside down- this HAS to be intentional lol like really? Forget food/sauces like theyre paid more money to forget. Curbside is for convenience, right? No. Slowest service possible and then you end up walking in anyway because they forgot 2 of your 3 burgers truly mind boggling

Doordash customers ONLY and that they are short staffed. Guy on drive through speaker super obnoxious – its funny how they can wait on people that didn’t come there and ordered Door dash but people who are actually there in person CANT get waited on

Worst one in Hanover, even though they are all same owner. Always disorganized and usually get at least one item screwed up, but today was last time going here.
People lined up to return food that was made wrong or without the burger patty, or missing food. Chaos behind the counter and one kiosk down while another’s keypad for payment didn’t work, so once you had placed order, you had to wait in line at the one register to go pay.
Watched one poor guy stand there for 15 minutes after handing his mismade burger back to the young male worker, and no one remade it or anything, they just left him standing while the rest of his order got cold in the table.
My burger was so poorly made and undercooked that I couldn’t even eat it and unfortunately I had gotten it to go.
Avoid this location, I’m NOT Loving it!

12:10 Fri 12/5 ordered ice coffee, horrible @drive thru attempted to return yet another one.Both were horrible. Emp. would not accept either cup and proceeded to argue whether it was right and that I didn’t know. I get ice coffee everyday but she had to verify with staff if the new me. WHY? GOT a refund for wrong amount.

Gonna serve me a RAW burger. I then have to drive back to the location. Get a new burger, no apologies, long wait, then go back home to eat. My fries are cold the burger they made was awful. Like if you mess up and feed someone a raw burger you’d think maybe you put a little effort to correct the mistake. Nope, now I understand these are highschool kids working but you have an adult manager who needs to fill the role of holding the business to a professional standard. I’m only writing this in the hopes maybe someone will see this and try to correct the attitude of the workers, if you’re working you should be at work not running around the store talking to friends who have come in. Overall just a terrible experience of coming to this location.

Tea was watery and didnt taste like tea, aswell as having tea leaves in the tea. My food was cold. Forgot my sauce and the people talking my order were def or had inadequate equipment. This place needs to havs major changes or be shut down.

I’ve been going to this McDonald’s for years and their curbside service has just gotten worse and worse. I waited for a free snack wrap that I won with the monopoly thing they’re doing for about 10-15 minutes to the point where I left because people who showed up AFTER me were getting their food first. It was a snack wrap! How long could that possibly take?! This isn’t the first time curbside has been incredibly slow. It’s happened multiple times in the past. I ended up losing my coupon because of what happened today. It may make me rethink coming to this McDonalds in the future.

The fries I got were very good! That’s about the only nice thing I will say. To poor kid that was running the register, didn’t look to be older than 13, maybe….and it seemed to me that he was pretty stressed out. The workers at the food window looked like they were having a good time. TOO GOOD. I saw the one young girl rub her nose with her hand, then she grabbed someone’s bag of food with that same hand!. GLAD IT WASN’T MINE. IT COULD HAVE BEEN, THOUGH! OR YOURS! I didn’t see any adult supervision, and they all looked very young.
Then as I’m driving down the road, eating my burger, i noticed that something didn’t seem right. So I stopped eating it, and waited until I got home to see, what was up. PLEASE SEE MY PIC. ENOUGH SAID!!!
