This is the cleanest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. They were actually wiping down the tables when I was there. The bathroom was clean. No urine splatter It’s almost incomprehensible. Run don’t walk yourself here and get a happy meal.

Went for a late lunch RN and wished I didn’t! Used in app deal for a 49 cent any size soft drink. Ordered a large, got a medium. Ordered two double cheese burgers (got 1) and ordered a large hot honey snack wrap meal (2 ct) and got medium fry and medium drink. Everything looked correct on the screen, pulled around and paid. Got our food and realized all of the above was messed up. She asked for receipt and even though it was correct on the screen, they rang it up incorrectly. Asked to speak to a manager and was told one wasn’t around right now. But we were welcome to drive around and wait in the long line again and order our missing items. Needless to say, we won’t be back again!

Ordered double with cheese thru Drive Thru.. was told to pull up.. Sat there watched 5 other vehicles go thru pay and get there order..I didn’t order anything special..FINALLY got my food ..got home bit into it, bottom burger was SO pink.. COULDN’T EAT IT HAD TO TAKE 1 BURGER OFF…. PRETTY EXPENSIVE SINGLE BURGER.. FOR THAT PRICE SHOULD HAVE WENT TO WENDY’S..FOR SINGLE BURGER.. might be NEWLY OPENED McDonald’s but service n food TERRIBLE

Drive through my drink was not full I asked for her to top it off and she clearly just put more ice in it as my before and after pic shows( I did sip it after) I only had one sandwich and fries and the fries were laying on top of the big machine box dumped all over the bottom of the bag …? It was hot and a little saucey but where is the honesty in customer service and care for what your handing the customer.

Food is usually really good, but the manager is terrible. They gave us over 3 toys for our 1 year old and the employees didn’t think they had any under 3 toys. We asked for a manager and she started yelling for no reason. She was yelling so loud the whole restaurant went silent. My husband lost his temper due to her yelling. She also said calling corporate wouldn’t do anything because they’re a franchisee. She said “I hope God gives you the day you deserve.” Well, she has the miserable life she deserves serving fast food for the rest of her life. Don’t recommend supporting this location with management like that.

I bring my daughters here, almost weekly, and always for a plastic toy. They didn’t have the toy we paid for, ok fine, but the way they talked to me was literally insane. The customer service here is always bad, but this time so bad I needed to vent – and now I will vent all of it: every time we’ve EVER ordered anything, they forgot something, sometimes a sauce, sometimes an entire burger from a happy meal; one time my kid’s juicebox didn’t have a straw – the kid behind the counter was so confused what i needed that i had to return to my table to grab the juicebox so he could have a visual aid – he was still frozen by the time he concluded i should just receive a new juicebox, but didn’t return with it until he got the manager’s approval; when we need help (which is often, on account of the employees’ forgetfulness) the 3 or 4 meandering employees “on break” leave all the hard work for the very busy, very forgetful employees on the clock, meanwhile I’m waiting very patiently FOR THE THING THAT SHOULD ALREADY BE IN MY KID’S HAPPYMEAL AND I PAID FOR, DAMNIT; the place smells funny; the food is inedible (I realize this should be at the top, but it was customer service that broke the camel’s back). I will say, the men’s room is very clean.

my friend and i decided to go for a drive and stop by here around 1:45am. we placed a pretty big order which i know can be annoying late at night, but when we got there we were greeted so nicely by melissa. she just loved my dog and got him a pup cup and some nuggets. the ice cream machine was down so i couldn’t get my milkshake but she offered a different drink and upsized it. thank you melissa & michelle for being so kind and making my friend & i’s night, we won’t forget it.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This place has the worst customer service. I visited there tonight and had to order on the kiosk thing cause there was no one at the counter. I am not used to navigating the do it yourself kiosk. I ordered a hamburger instead of cheeseburger by accident. I asked them politely to put cheese on it and didn’t even ask for another burger. The lady said with an attitude “ this says no cheese” and I said I apologize that was my mistake for ordering wrong or clicking the wrong thing. She slammed down the burger on the counter with an attitude and stormed off and then the guy who was supposed to put cheese on it , with an attitude repeated “ this says no cheese”. I said again; I have a kid in the car crying and it was a mistake. Do better! How hard is it to just put a slice of cheese on a burger and give better customer service!! If someone was at the register I wouldn’t of ordered wrongly by accident also

I’m editing my review, this place has done a 180! The service is so polite and helpful, the food sooo fresh, the coffee spot on. How quick the service is the best I’ve seen at any McDonald’s, even many I’ve been to in Europe! I feel fortunate to have this McDonald’s near my job. Clean and modern interior… I love how McDonald’s has upgraded these locations. Biggest recommendation…. Get the app! Save you time, money and you gets points… It’s also easy to use.

Ordering a chicken snack wrap, large fries and a quarter pounder. The fries having no salt alright whatever. Then finding hair… in my fries. Not just 1 piece of hair either MULTIPLE. I go to eat the chicken wrap it is half unwrapped so I have to rewrap the wrap and the chicken so so overcooked its basically a brick. Quarter pounder barely had anything on it. Just going further and further down in quailty of everything. Do better mcdonalds.
