Waited 45 minutes in line for my fast food (already placed a mobile order to pick it up or else I would have left immediately after waiting 20 minutes and not moving one car space in line at a time while being 10 cars back). No excuses for this at a so called “fast food” restaurant. No apology for the painfully long line of cars and wait time for their slow and poor work ethic. Customer service goes a long way…. Have the car that has a large order or order that is incomplete pull forward into a spot so it’s not holding the rest of the 20 cars up. Where is management and what are they doing to help assist speeding things up? I will never be returning to this location again after both visits I have experienced the same horrible customer service and very long, slow wait times for my food.

Food was correct, was fresh$ hot, everything we got tasted good. Only downside was that we ordered a “box deal”, included like 2 Big Macs, 2 cheeseburgers, fries and nuggets. Was supposed to come in this cool Eagles (NFL) Box, being a long time fan the main reason I ordered this $30 meal. Which I shouldn’t have considering it came in a regular paper bag without my box. My toddler was hungry and neither myself or my boyfriend wanted to go inside to see what happened so we left.

First time here, parked the semi next door and walked over. Placed a mobile order and barely had to wait once I got in, my order was correct and everything was great. The 2 stars for atmosphere is for McDonald’s in general and not about this specific store, they all look sad and boring now. I’ll gladly stop here again next time I pass through.

This restaurant has been the friendlies staff, fastest service and freshest food I’ve had in all this week that I’ve stopped at McDonald’s. Staff lady #52 (Britney) has the best people skills and she makes you feel welcomed. I love the convenience of the restaurant being next to I-81. They have alot of semi truck parking in case you can’t find parking in th TA travel center across the street. Over all I will be coming back when in PA.

A very slow , uncourteous staff, placed order in mobile and went to pickup. It was a small order but was waiting on the drive thru for almost 30 min. The food I got is spicy chicken, but the person packed the food is not considering to change the wrap due to the sauce was all over the cover and it was nasty to take the burger out of the cover. I did not even complained about the delay on delivering the food but he should be consider enough to say sorry/apology for the packing. Never going back here

As a truck driver, I travel all over the country and I probably go to McDonald’s 3 to 5 times a week and this was the best McDonald’s crew I’ve ever seen. The manager was exacting yet still fun and compassionate with her crew. So you could tell that all the young people were having so much fun working and yet all my food was still literally ‘burn my mouth’ hot and fresh. So kudos to the funloving “When I eat cheese I cut the cheese” McDonalds crew.

This one we stopped at on the road, the staff won’t even make eye contact! You could stand for a LONG time and they will completely ignore you. You order only from the kiosks . I always fix my coffee myself, but they put it in, and I needed more, but they wouldn’t give me the time of day. Five of my children and myself have all worked at our local McDonald’s, customer service was important. Making sure a customer was satisfied was as important as the food itself. My daughter told me all McDonald’s operate this way?

This is our local McDonald’s and it hasn’t been good in a long time, but today had to be the worst. We ordered in the app for pickup. When we got home we found out the filet-o-fish sandwich was missing the filet-o-fish (bun, tater sauce, and half a slice of cheese). I went back and asked to speak to the manager. When the manager came over, I showed her the “sandwich”. She laughed and doubled over. As she was walking away, I stated that the fries were now cold too. She took the bag and the sandwich back to the prep area. I could hear her talking to the staff and they were laughing. Then I heard her tell the staff in weak voice, “Okay, we need to double check our orders”. The manager returned with the new sandwich, I hope, and got new fries for our order. There was a slight apology with a hint of a smile and a laugh underneath.
At no point in time was there any sincere apology, look of shock or surprise at the mistake, it was all just fun and games.
I don’t expect anyone to lose their job over a mistake, but this manager thought it was funny and barely said anything to the staff for such a colossal screw up.
I rarely eat at McDonald’s because the quality of the food has dropped significantly since the early to mid-90’s and the service is typically bad, all while the prices continue to go up.
As McDonald’s goes, the Greencastle location is the absolute worst location that I’ve ever been too for order accuracy and customer service.
